@@samtrak1204 Oh - I was taking aim at TPE (Trans-Pennine Express... or should stand for 'Terrible Passenger Experience'!) as they are one of the worst performing train companies in the UK. They suddenly cancel services and when trains do run passengers are packed in like sardines. They are always short of staff because few people want to work for them.....on my last journey with TPE two staff members said they were soon resigning as they 'couldn't stand it anymore.'
Although their routes are relatively short, the company looks after their staff so badly......that I could half expect them to expect staff to take their break on the floor!

You also have the option to order foods as per your convenience, which will be made available in the pantry for first class pax.
You can make them cook anything, be it continental or South Indian dish or anything else.
For example, if you are bored with eating the same paneer and chicken, you could make them cook either noodles or pasta or anything else. They have a chef onboard who will be happy to cater to your needs.
Many people don't know this and thus eat same meal again and again.

For some reason, they really do like sleeping on the floor. Pantry cars have sufficient and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the staff. I don't know why they do it when they should be sleeping on the berths being provided by IR. The funny thing is that these Pantry cars are fully AC and the sleeping berths in them are of the same quality as those provided to the passengers.
