I tried using DLink's DW-131 instead of Tenda U3, but it did not work. DLink model is requiring the drivers to be installed for successful functioning. Any reason why you chose Tenda U3? Did you try out some other models and finally reached Tenda U3 or you just chose it and it worked?

Instead of mobile please use hotspot devices like jio dongle. Your existing NVR will support with Tenda U3. Before that you need to upgrade the firmware. Please write an email to to hikvision support and ask them for the Wi-Fi supported firmware. Don't forget to mention NVR model number and serial number.
Dynamic DNS requires ports to be enabled from ISP end. So, for that you need to get Broadband connection with Static IP. Most of the internet service provider will not enable ports in dynamic IP internet connection.
