Very helpful rant, thanks for sharing I learned a lot. I'm not an influencer but a self employed artist, and you really have to fight your corner sometimes. 1) record everything down 2) stick to your guns and don't be intimidated! I think you handled the situation perfectly and your professionalism shone through.
I worked as a freelance writer for about 10 months and this must have happened to me twice or three times during that time. You really need to set the boundaries from the beginning. I totally agree with Zoe- keep all correspondence and yes, you handled it like a complete pro!

It would be very hard to do those colours straight after doing blue. She would have to completely strip all the colours out and would need to rebleach it which she doesn’t want to do this year. So you might have to wait awhile before she’s able to do those colours without damaging her hair. But I would love to see those colours too!
Color combinations should be the next step. I've seen her on every color hair. But I want to see her mixing colors now.

Hi! a crazy color lady here, I love the way you change your style, I'm into that and some times (especially in my country) people is mean when you constantly change your hair color "oh you will damage your hair..

HERES A TIP:
bleach your hair to level 5-6 blonde aka orange/ginger using a 20 or 10 vol developer with your normal powder bleach.
dye your hair with a semi/demi-perm purple or violet colored dye
after it fades bleach again the lifting process will be quicker and less damaging with using a lower developer ( 7- 10 vol ) violet pigments from the demi dye will lift the orange pigments slightly due to the fact that purple is opposite to yellow/orange on the color wheel worked for me give it a try xxx love your hair btw

You look great in any color you dye your hair. My hair is long and brown and I had it up to my shoulders like 2 Years ago and I did an ombre where I did green at the bottom an I loved it so much. I feel more like myself with dyed hair. But since it's brown sometimes it's hard to get colors to stay. But that green I used lasted forever. And now that it's long I want to dye the whole thing either blue or green

Stella you have dyed your hair every color of the rainbow and beyond. Would you ever mix it up? Combining colors, doing different kinds of balayage and ombre hair. Mixing colors.

If you buy the color conditioner on amazon, the color blue, it will keep depositing the color blue for you every time you use it so that way you don’t have to keep dying your hair 😇

Did you deliberately not put colour on the underneath of your hair? It came out so nice with the underneath being a sort of darker greenish/blue- left over from the emerald and then with the bright blue on top.
Blue definitely suits you! And the style you did was very late ‘90s early 2000’s vibes! I would do that style on myself a lot back then!

Love the color btw Stella it may not have had big US sales because they don’t ship I feel in love with so many products when I lived in Germany and can’t get almost any of them to ship to me it’s a tragedy or if they do ship it’s insanely expensive and takes forever so I have no idea why they would blame you for that

I’m in the U.K. too and I’ve ordered Arctic fox hair colour a few times directly from their official website (a box of about 10 bottles each time!) and whilst the shipping was expensive, I didn’t end up having to pay customs charges 😊 they also sent out my parcel within about 2 days, so it was quite fast!
