Hell yeah. Mork Borg was my introduction to RPGs, and solo RPGs as well! Really excited to dig into this video. I have 2 seasons (1 finished, 1 unfinished) of playthroughs of Mork Borg using Solitary Defilement on my channel, and I've written a book that supplements Solitary Defilement with a bunch of extra material called Solitary Depths. I just sent over a coupon for a free version of the physical version to your e-mail. Hope you like it! Edit: Love your custom character sheets, I do the same for a lot of my solo RPG sessions! Also, hey, I have those same d2 skull coins, haha.

I have been working on tweaking Solitary Defilement to fit the Pirate Borg theme and feel I'm pretty close. If you would ever like to take a look at it just let me know!
Is there a table for weak hits? Something like: 1-You lost something in the attempt (theft, breakage, respect, etc.,). 2-Your outcome is half as effective. 3-It's harder than you thought. Abandon the task, or push through (-1 hp). 4-The task takes twice as long. (Treat as 3 in combat.) 5-Your success has made things worse in the near future. 6-Your confidence is shaken. You must try a different approach next time.
I’d say you just made a damn good weak hit table!! No table afaik but they do talk about how to handle those and I’m used to it from ironsworn so I have a good menu of ideas in my mind grapes

Spent the mornings of my vacation Solo playing Mork Borg using Solitary Defilement. It was a real treat. Also journaled the game. Note: It really helped that one of my Wretched Royalty's retainers was a SkinWalker.
Note those Crawl sheets etc you were looking for are downloadable from the 1d10+5 page. Love me the 4 ability and really low detail of Mork Borg and Forbidden Psalm. It feels so much more like Vance's the Dying Earth where even the most Brilliant Mage's can only cram 4 spells into their brains. And because Forbidden Psalm is a Solo and or COOP game, and uses the identical rules and stats but bridges the gap to using miniatures and a tabletop I will use Solitary Defilement to enhance play. Seriously I hope you have looked at Forbidden Psalm and Cloth Goblins.
Crawl sheets were additional pdfs. Love the mini crawl concepts. Also do Not neglect Alone in the Crowd. It introduced a lot of cool ideas, like city chases and City Crawls. As far as condiments spicy mayo.
This is an incredible combo that doesn't get enough love. Thank you so much for featuring it and covering it in such a comprehensive, informative, and entertaining way.

I think Morg Borg is one of the easiest TTRPG to play solo because the rules are one page and they can be so easy modified for custom setting. You don’t nees to play in the Morg Borg universe. The best thing about MB is the player facing rolls which simplifies the game and also the monster stats. HP, damage, motivation is all you need.
