They had a huge surge in fans this past year so I honestly think they are one of the more major groups of South Korea. Not sure how Stray Kids don’t have much Korean support especially since they come from JYP but they are on the same boat as Monsta X. I feel like all 3 groups do struggle with winning anything though, in regards to Korean popularity NCT are very popular these days, Stray Kids is getting there slowly, and for Monsta X I’m not sure they will ever grow a big Korean fanbase, music is just extremely different.

I started following Monsta X just as Wonho left in 2019, not of his own making or Monsta X and I very actively follow both Monsta X and Wonho. All 7 men are extremely talented and charming. I think Monsta X and Wonho are the best Kpop performers. Their music surpasses everything else I’ve listened too even the more popular groups.
Finally!!! Definitely cried watching all of this though just thinking about how things used to be. I'll always be a monbebe who loves and supports Monsta X, I just want them all back together. I miss OT7. I miss Wonho and I miss Jooheon. I hope they're both doing okay, I'm still hoping that Wonho will come back and for Jooheon to start feeling better. Until then monbebe, it's tough, but let's continue to be there for Monsta X who has always worked hard and been there for us.
