His damage is hp based. With his skill he can do about 1176% of enemy cookie’s hp (but it capped at 300k), and after the 30 second mark the cap increased to 1,05M

No it's not, dum dum. The higher level a cookie is, the greater their hp or damage resistance is. That applies to EVERY COOKIE IN THE GAME. A level 1 Mercurial Knight cookie can't do S@#$ to a level 80 Mystic Flour.
