It was correct to play the extra vote because she didn't know what Ron and Julie were doing. They could have voted her with Devons. In which case the extra vote would have pushed a tie breaker.

That they are not so flashy is the correct way. Too flashy with the jury and you become a threat. The three of them sharing planning of this is also removes any of them looking like obvious threats afterward. Even giving the extra vote to Gavin even spreads responsibility onward to him too. I honestly think women in general don't get enough credit for gameplay. Men like Wardog or Rick are glorified a lot more because of how they use their moves to big note themselves in confessionals. Imagine if Victoria was in comfessionals being loud and arrogant in how she blindsided Aubrey. Lol
All of this is because its what the people in the game perceive all of this. If they have no clue what is going on in the background, then there will never be any credit where it should be due.
I think Lauren will play her idol correctly at some point and that will make her a threat afterwards. And that Gavin and Victoria will team with Julie instead as a result.
While voting off Joe too early was Ron's worst move. It was him being untrustworthy that sank his ship... Also glad that Rick actually found a real idol here.

Those four were definitely responsible for Ron's elimination, but Rick stood out for trying to play the expired advantage thus seeing that Ron and Julie weren't on his side, and then playing his idol and still being safe with that knowledge. But that all really came down to good circumstances for him while Victoria, Lauren, Aurora and Gavin were the true masterminds.

He can only make it to the end with individual immunity, idols, and/or the fire twist at the final four. I love his personality, but I don't believe that he deserves to win if that's his process for reaching the final 3.

this is almost identical to what happened to alexis in fans vs favorites: first Ron won the family visit at final 7 got to choose 2 other people (+ their loved ones) to go on reward with him, and Ron got idoled out in the same episode by Rick who wasn’t on the reward, the only difference was there was no exile island and no medevac in between Also love Ron’s face in the thumbnail
I love the jury living on an island because this is the most interesting part for them. Honestly EoE, if some kinks were worked out, could be a thing in another season.
I do give lots of credit to Rick since he did spend part of his night finding the immunity idol that he did use to get out Ron. Rick, Aurora, or Victoria deserves the million in my opinion
Wild Card Watson Rick has voted correctly TWICE since he returned from already being voted out and would’ve been voted off tonight if an idol didn’t magically appear when he needed it the most. How is he more deserving than anyone else who hasn’t been voted out?
The fact of the matter was that he was happy with the result regardless and doing it in front of the jury just helps him. He has nothing to lose and just needs to do anything to build up his character if he makes it to the end.

He Does the exact same thing by posing as one of the biggest threat. He made a mistake by getting rid of Wardog too early.

this is almost identical to what happened to alexis in fans vs favorites: first Ron won the family visit at final 7 got to choose 2 other people (+ their loved ones) to go on reward with him, and Ron got idoled out in the same episode by Rick who wasn’t on the reward, the only difference was there was no exile island and no medevac in between

He Does the exact same thing by posing as one of the biggest threat. He made a mistake by getting rid of Wardog too early.

@@bc5163 That's a good point. I would reason that Eric is just naturally more stoic as well. He's the guy I figured the producers placed in the cast to represent the every day person. He's a firefighter dad in his 30's; that's definitely going to relate to people more easily than some of the others' occupations.
