Do you know if I would be able to separate the panels from my shelf this way? I glued them over a month ago, but I want to make a new design without messing up the entire shelf. The panels are pretty small at 8x8 inches each.

I cam here looking for an answer on how to undo glue sht and I can give you my result on how I did it, with your help :) I heated the piece which had a side skirt of 1/8 and didn't want to crack it, besides having glue on the bottom of it too. So, I heated it and poured water until it got very hot while on and then took the paint scraper stuck it under the seams and place the heat gun right on the scraper and it got very hot without burning the wood. The scraper melted the glue as I pushed it center of the piece and puff it came out with no problems. Thanks for your tip and remember soak the wood, heat it and then stick a fine blade and as you push the blade thru, heat the blade and the glue will melt as you push the blade. :)
