My dog has been getting more and more of those bumps as she gets older. And the doctor said it was not something to worry about. Just wanted to let you guys know.(and now I feel more connected with you guys, lol) Glad everyone in the train accident is ok!!
Quick tip for dogs and storms...a friend of mine uses a product called Thunder Shirt for her dogs. It's a shirt for the dog to wear during thunderstorms that keeps them calm with all the noise and wind. You should look into it!
i have a solution for bandits fear of thunder if you have ever heard of a thundervest (the vest that you put on a dog that hugs him pretty tight , but not too tight ) bandit will probebly feel safer and less scared if you give him a thunderjacket
When it comes to the thunder, we have a rescued sheltie that had a rough start, (she was rescued from a puppy mill, then my wife fell in love with her, and she's now a spoiled rotten princess. My wife then bought a dog house, and I said, "you can't make her sleep outside". My wife responded, "Of course not, the dog house is for YOU"!!! -lol), but when it comes to thunder, fireworks, any loud booms, Sassie (the dog) would run, hide for 10 minutes, run and hide in a new spot, climb in our laps, it was extremely sad and makes us wonder what hell she went through. BUT, what we found out was not to coddle her and tell her things will be okay in a soothing voice. Instead we heard to act normal, as if there's nothing going on. Dogs can feel their fears are justified if they're babied, and that reinforces their fears. We do say things like "it's okay", but we use normal voices not baby talk (so to speak). She has gotten a lot better, although she still won't eat during the thunder, she doesn't run and hide continually. I'm not sure if that even pertains to your situation, but it's just from one dog person to another (anothers?), and maybe even someone else who reads this could use what we found out. Also we had a dog that had the fatty bump, the vet called it a carbuncle or something. She lived till she was 15, the bump never caused a problem, and she never acted as if she noticed it herself. But again, that may still be different than your dogs bump.

I think I found my sixth degree of separation, lol. Your caption of Tim being in a train wreck caught my attention. This was also my first time seeing both dogs. I started watching you about 3 years ago when you only had “ the bean” . Well that was weirdly fun.

Hi Guys, My Siberian Husky Kodi (yup he's Kodikakes) has a fatty tumor also. In the same spot too. He's 10 now and has had it for about 3 years. My vet said same thing, just leave as long as it's not hurting anything.

I wouldn't worry about the fatty lump on bandit's tummy, my Rottweiler Lewis had one in the same area, it never really bothered him but it did get a bit bigger the older he got. Like you said in the video our vet said just to leave it as was not causing any problems or effecting him.

My dog had a giant fatty tissue lump on him for like the last 7 yrs of his life and the doctor always said as long as it doesnt hurt him or impead him in any way that it wasnt necessary to remove it.... and it never bothered him....and his was way bigger than Bandit's...

We had a guy (in our hometown) tell us we owed him because he's a veteran. We called his bluff, Hubby is a vet and I worked with vets at the time.
