Hi all - and especially Pam! I commented several months ago about the distress I felt when the gorgeous ancient trees were cut down from the children's park in Harper's Ferry, WV and I decided then to run for Town Counsel. I'd like to share an update that, hopefully, will give a good laugh to some. We had our Council meeting this past Tuesday and, as our fiscal year ends in June, we're all lining up for funding for our committee projects. Mine is Parks, of course. My turn came up and I brought up that we would need sun sails to shade the equipment, especially an old metal slide that gets incendiary in summer. The Council pointed out that the sun sails would require posts installed with concrete, etc. and 'isn't there a less expensive option?'. I quickly responded, 'Yes. Trees'. lol, guys. You could hear a pin drop. And then they quickly moved on to the next committee.

@@PamGregoryOfficial Good on you, Pam! Sadly, our trees were cut down while we weren't paying attention which is when I decided to get involved. I've since learned that even local politics is ugly but I do my best to make a difference.
@@PamGregoryOfficial Water! You have brought out so much on water lately. We have a huge issue with water going on right now! We are at the juncture of two large rivers, the Potomac and the Shenandoah AND we have our own water reservoir called Elks Run that we draw from. I get my drinking water from up on the mountain, spring water, as our water is heavily treated. We are the second poorest state in the country and already have the most expensive public water in the entire country. Our monthly average is $90.00 and California is the closest 2nd at $77.00. They just raised our water rates by another 30%!!! That will make our monthly average appx. $120.00/mo. I fought this one tooth and nail but they were determined. I went to every meeting, every level of representation, right up to Federal and was ignored. There are some families that will have to choose between drinking water or eating at this point. It doesn't make any sense at all to me as we have such an abundance of water.
Joy is the ultimate form of protest against everything that would have us give into despair and hopelessness. In high school I read Elie Wiesel's The Gates Of The Forest and was struck by a line that said, more or less, The man who lives singing and dancing is brother to the man who lives fighting for justice. This has stayed with me. To find ways of experiencing joy and love and beauty within an atmosphere of darkness is an essential, life-affirming act, not at all a luxury, not blind to the horror all around us.

You might be interested in a book called POWER VS FORCE. It's a beautiful book written by Dr. David Hawkins. He places JOY AT 540 on the Human Consciousness level. Only Peace and Enlightenment are higher. And I love Elie Wiesel's Night- best book about war ever. A tiny little thing, too.

Here in New Zealand we had a people who came from all corners of the earth to form one nation Waitaha. Meaning the water carriers
Much of the history is hiden but back a bit a boik Song of the WItaha was written by Barry Brailsford with the elders who had been given the information of the matriacal line . Back to Lumaria. A very high spiritual master told me that the people of Waitaha were more light bodys. They came here rowing and singing some navigators some gardeners. But this is how they crossed the oceans. I have felt these people for so long as you do. So connected to nature. At one with it and the sea and stars. Very beautiful.

I did the 15min meditation last night and was overwhelmed by the blast of love I received, and it made me sob, you know how if someone is nice to you when you're grieving it sort of makes it worse. Well that's what I reckon it was.

So sorry to hear that. I was heartbroken last year when my dog died, but within 2 months I started walking my neighbour's dog, because she had brain surgery, and it helps her. So, these two, a Kelpie and a French Bulldog have helped me deal with my grief. They go crazy when they hear my car pull up....makes my day! Borrow the pup next door, if you can, it'll help you!

@suzyvegalicious5646 True! Diet is not a religion, but this is just a natural progression. I had a grand old relative who would astral- project and write books about it. She wrote about one of her trips that in the afterlife, you could eat as much as you want, BUT -- "there are no flesh-foods in Heaven!" I was only about 7 years old, but I whole-heartedly agreed. Still do!

In 2010 I had a migraine, but spirit said you haven't which I was surprised at. I opened up my Facebook and another Mediun was complaining of a migraine, so I put a status up "Who has a Headache, Head Tension, Migraine , and got 66 people saying yes to migraines, 11 likes, and from that I started investigating why the Sun and Solar Flares , Geomagnetic Storms affected our Health to particularly Sensitive People. My path was to forewarn people on my Facebook Page to help them understand so have always done this. I was in Asda a few days ago and Spirit told me to look at a man in another aisle and all he was buying was a Massive Bag of Pasta and Rice, and Spirit told me to get some , so am not sure if there is going to be a shortage but I Always do what I'm told. Many, many, many of us already know everything is sentient, aware conscious, down to the bedrock, every animal, bird, insect, every tree, flower, mushroom and worm, every stone and rock, land formation, river, lake and ocean, all is sentient. All is sentient.
Absolutely, when you know this, you know with every fibre of you being and there is just no unknowing it❤
It's hard sometimes to live among so many disconnected people. I don't need scientific studies to prove animals are sentient beings.

These solar flares are wild!! I can remember back to last spring when I started to first track them and the many symptoms they bring to our physical bodies. As a Sag, I divinely believe that joy is exactly as you described. It’s about vibrating at a high frequency and it’s how I start off every day in hopes of spreading it contagiously.
I first came across the butterfly metamorphosis in the afterword to a book, as copied below, so thought I would add it to what Pam said. May it be of benefit.
The Butterfly (Afterword to Be the Change, Action and reflection from people transforming our world, Love Books, Bristol, 2007)
My favourite metaphor for the current world transition, first pointed out to me by Norie Huddle (Huddle Books, 1990), is that of a butterfly in metamorphosis. It goes like this: A caterpillar crunches its way through its ecosystem, cutting a swath of destruction by eating as much as hundreds of times its weight in a day until it is too bloated to continue and hangs itself up, its skin then hardening into a chrysalis. Inside this chrysalis, deep in the caterpillar’s body, tiny things biologists call ‘imaginal discs’ begin to form. Not recognising the newcomers, the caterpillar’s immune system snuffs them out as they arise. But they keep coming faster and faster, then linking up with each other. Eventually the caterpillar’s immune system fails from the stress and the discs become imaginal cells that build the butterfly by feeding on the soupy meltdown of the caterpillar’s body.
It took a long time for biologists to understand the reason for the immune system attack on the incipient butterfly cells, but eventually they discovered that the butterfly has its own unique genome, carried by the caterpillar, inherited from long ago in evolution, yet not part of it as such (Acquiring Genomes, Lynn Marguilis & Dorion Sagan, Perseus Books, 2002). If we see ourselves as imaginal discs working to build the butterfly of a better world, we will understand that we are launching a new ‘genome’ of values and practices to replace that of the current unsustainable system. We will also see how important it is to link with each other in the effort, to recognise how many different kinds of imaginal cells it will take to build a butterfly with all its capabilities and colours.

Thank you Pam, brilliant like always. I think you are right with your opinion of animals being way ahead of us. I had a Native American teacher and learnt that we are four peoples on this planet. The youngest people are we ~ the human beings. We have to learn a lot. An older people are the animals, we can learn a lot from them. The plant beings are even older and we can learn more from them. And the oldest people on this planet are the stone people ~ we can learn the most from them.

Working late night in summertime with wide open windows, editing music on my computer in low light, it attracts a wide range of sizes and species of butterflies.
They usually panicked rush inside, fact is a family of small bats uses to hunt alongside the facade.
Some are landing on my hands or on my chest. They aren`t that fearful, some really get easily used to me and stay several days. When I sometimes make them climb on my fingers to bring them back outside to free them in the daylight, most fly back inside and find a cozy corner to settle. I realize how they alike me are mainly night creatures ! 😊
I decided to picture each visitor, and I now have an incredible collection !
They are a lovely company, an expression, as you Pam related, of this heavy metamorphosis process they went thru to deserve this fascinating angelic shape and incredibly complex patterned beauty.
On another level, I`m also fascinated by the complex 3D sacred geometry woven by the vectors you draw in the central circle of any "natal chart" when you share screen ! Just wow😯

We meditated all Sunday (12th) and received "This is the reset, allow these waves to burn away the past - let it go now, and focus now for the future you are creating NOW" I'm fascinated with the Tourquoise - I'm drawn to it, and then in the INfinity piece she spoke of the colour too! I just listened to May's Full Moon, yup I am late and behind.
The message of the butterfly cells resisting helped me a lot.
I have reacted negatively physically to my daughter's resistance.
Now, I can shift her resistance into strengthening me.

Thank you Pam!! A lot of thoughts to ponder here :) ... Pluto is in my 11th hse of Leo - almost directly opposite my 5th hse moon in Aquarius in my natal chart, and much of my chart is activated these days. ... I cannot look away. I cannot turn & float above it all. I think I must walk the rocky ground and take part in tugging on that arc of justice. It has been a challenge to maintain balance. My mouth smiles while my heart bleeds, and I've been spending a lot of time "in the cave". I'm thinking my 9th hse Gemini sun, Libra rising, Aquarius moon & 10th hse stellium in Cancer have been helping me adapt. ... so I recently started listening to uplifting music again after months of news and petition signing. I'm picking up my long-lonely guitar & rebuilding the calluses on my fingers. Not sure where the path leads, but I think I must walk it. I must sing my "save the world" songs at least one more time. Yes, many thoughts to ponder in this video, this was my 3rd time watching and I'm sure to watch it many times more. 🙂Thank You again Pam, soooo much! 💜 ... btw, today, May 24, was my 70th birthday ... smh ... see what I mean? ... so much of my chart is activated ... perseverance furthers ...
