Introduction to Kihon Happo - My Explanation (Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu)

This is a basic introduction into Kihon Happo, why it is important, and how we study and practice it in our classes. This video is part 1 of the May 2020 home training videos on Kihon Happo for my students. The actual training videos that accompany this are privately provided to my students to study and practice from during the COVID-19 stay at home order and not intended for public consumption/distribution. However, I am sharing this video publicly in the spirit of martial community and encourage you to continue practicing, staying healthy, and fostering a spirit of perseverance during these challenging times.
