When I meditate like its the only thing that matters, then it doesn't matter anymore if Im happy or unhappy. I notice that happiness sometimes emerges and gets intense. But the point of accepting them is not to change them or to accept them. Its just lovingly accept everything that appears in your field of awareness.
This shit is actually terrifying. I actually felt joy today for no reason at all. It didn’t last the whole day. The one thing I was holding onto though was what am I going to do with this feeling. Like finally I have the energy to go and do the things I really want to instead of just working. Cause for some reason I think if I have joy I need to use it to create more joy. But when I got home I fell right asleep. No need to chase things anymore. It’s freaking me out a little. All of my dreams are just dying slowly.
That's awesome! It demonstrates that joy isn't something we earn. In fact, joy is more readily available when we stop thinking it (or anything) is something to be attained.

You are barking up the wrong tree when you ask Suzanne that question, she is completely fine being alone, unphase and do not have the need/urge to socialized.
Do you really believe that? Stereotypes and generalizations usually have some basis in the observed, but they're still only broadly and vaguely true. All people need socialization. Some cultures may produce more avoidant people than others through their emphases on judgment of virtue and rightness/wrongness though. Maybe some Asian cultures are more critical (and less accepting) than some western cultures so this produces a higher percentage of traumatized people who feel unworthy and who isolate themselves from interactions that trigger them to feeling criticized.

Once you're integrated non-duality now you have to reintegrate back into being who the f*** you're meant to be.. energy is real the shamanic realm is real etcetera even if it is all maya, it is more subtle and less romanticized than people try to make it. re: later general questions. It’s natural and spontaneous like it always has been. Without the artificial internal commentary overlay your body functions more efficiently and intelligently. The q is kinda ‘how should’, there isn’t a should.. should is contrived.
w/o the negotiating filters, a freedom in expression.
If people have a problem that’s their problem. agenda-less playful yet naturally intelligent. Fwiw that sorta fearless realness has its own impact. 2¢
@@j0oi88 ...Wow, thank you very much!..I really appreciate your answer. It makes complete sense. "Minus negotiating filters, w/o the artificial internal commentary overlay". Sounds like freedom to me. I look forward to that at some point. :)
@@dancewomyn1cool. But you’re free now, no conditions no dependencies. one day, at some point, once, when such&such condition.. is a load of stinky shit, spit it out💩.. anything gained can be lost&comes with anxiety of losing, not worth spit. Right now exactly as is, what-is, not a particle is out of place.. nothing wrong. arrogating shoulds, desiring&fearing.. asserting incompleteness, is the lacking-self idea..
arrogating control n judgment on all things&has a hefty price.
all is uniquely incomparable always. Exactly how you are, even if crying, judging, or murderous, uniquely incomparable as is, no problem. All things rolling on as they are.. Have fun.
the whole thing.
Funny that you mention the subject , you come across as unhappy you could be an enneagram type 4 personality
45:55 Group setting socialization doesn't really apply to Asian people, so therefore there is no suffering or fomo for the need to socialize. Socializing is more of a western thing.
Non-duality is a fundamental reality and something to integrate as many facets in life. Yet people need to lighten up eat some good food have good sex watch a show and laugh. Let it Go.. non-duality is an ultimate truth that always exists, but there's so much more let's be real. Yes there really is no nothing we can all non-duality ourselves away from everything. Yet we are still growing as a collective understanding of the metaphysics spiritual reality. It's still going to continue it's still happening and the reflections of wisdom and even hints of prophecy collective awakening. Is most certainly happening science is catching up a new more grounded sophisticated psychedelic Renaissance. Non-duality in its Spirit my connection with God is profound personal beyond words. Yet people get stuck in thinking that's all it is, it becomes another form of bypassing themselves and reality.. be authentic but don't close yourself off, if being totally unrelatable is your choice then so be it.. again it's a very personal thing and we can stay in silence stillness as the observer or we find the balance the middle path.. it's relevant for some time to exist in that space, integration is a continuous process. Once you're integrated non-duality now you have to reintegrate back into being who the f*** you're meant to be.. energy is real the shamanic realm is real etcetera even if it is all maya, it is more subtle and less romanticized than people try to make it. Nonetheless regardless if you've experienced it it's their existing on some level. Limiting reality and its extreme intelligence that is consciousness. Is silly
Hey who’s granny there !🤔
So I still don't get it, your channel is about non-duality and yet you constantly propagate duality, where is the logic in that? Can you explain that? What are the true origins and background of the lineage of non-duality? For the esoteric teaching teaches that the origin of everything is the absolute, but that without the human thinker, Manas in Sanskrit, the absolute is latent and can only be brought into activity by Manas.
🙋🏻♀️➰🩲👃🏽💕🏃🏽...🧎🏽🛸 umm id travel light years for Suzanne non duality umm
4:14 This is why I don't want to run into people that I once knew because it's going to be very awkward when they expect you to be how you "used to be." Well, I'm not! 🌗
What is happiness I am to busy working and providing service to others , but I realized when I don’t do that. There is no happiness So, happiness is helping others. Frank. Downey library “used book section “.
Sounds like a do-gooder high. You learned to label happy, without the label you are as you are, incomparable. No description and no problem.
Good to see and listen to you suzanne 🪴
