Hi, I like the vedio. The question is : If you have interest in the water would stil grill the leaves ? I did it by smashing / crushing the leafs and got a lot of useful juice out of it.

Did the juices burn you? Ive tried with non cooked agave and it always gives me blisters and itching
They didn’t bother my skin the way I’ve heard they can. Maybe a slight redness but really not bad at all.
How long did you roast the leaf?
Just a couple of minutes, both sides. The juices will begin to boil out and it blackens.
