I have tried to do the same thing for the NACA64A-010 airfoil but the curves won't plot

Have you tried doing a NACA 0012 to make sure the software is working properly?

When I run an analysis, all the lines in the graph are the same color. How can I change that?

I apologize but I'm just not that well versed in XFLR5 to answer this question. I usually just run one analysis at a time.
