The slow mo dirt climb was like watching an actual U4 buggy. Lol
The save coming over the culvert at the end was pretty epic, the rear was further forward than the front and it still brought it back around, always looks cool in shlowmo
I wedged a HW axe 2800 in mine and it's pretty much perfect. Enough punch for small jumps and drifties. My stock gears still intact also 🤞
I drive mine hard and haven’t had any issues with the gears. I assume I’ll need to upgrade them someday though lol
These things def have a fun factor going on. Big tires and big pinion they are quick.
ive never broken gears inside of any of my vfd transmissions. Im even considering cutting weight by getting the light weight machined gears for the h10. you put the same tires i bought to put on mine!!! they seemed like a perfect match. still considering my motor options leaning towards a 2500kv revolver on 4s. And I'm hoping vitavon or someone gets to making some brass for these axles soon i hate wheel weight!!! i wont even run any sort of metal beadlock if there are brass options fo the axles.

This truck seems to be a perfect candidate for a 2 speed. I'm not sure the new HW Axe on 6s would give it enough wheel speed to really be enough.

I’m running the castle slate 2280kv w a 13 and it looks about the same speed. Not a bad speed at all.

That being said, I love my Optic…..even tho it’s got some handicaps……definitely helps with a fusion pro and a better servo.
I put it up against my old bomber(modified) and the bomber by far was the winner!

I have the fusion in mine and stock gearing and while it’s fine, I was craving more power

I say holmes puller pro 3500kv on 3s or 4s would make this truck a blast. I run my wraith 2.2 like that and it rides wheelies if i want to, or crawls like a slug still geared as low as i have it.
3500kv on 4s is a bit much I think 🤔

The H10 looks nice, but it does seem to be modeled more like a U4 which is kind of confusing when you look at the top speed. Is there an option for possibly a two-speed transmission?
Feel like this should be in the same class as a Capra . Should definitely do a box stock Capra up against this

Gears are no different than the rest of their sintered gears. Chose the lightweight machined as usual for my vanquish builds
I was a dummy and only ordered 2 tires. Really wanted to give them a shot this weekend. Did you add some weight to the nose.
