That definitely makes sense that Montana would carry bear spray. It was the first time we've seen it so I'm definitely checking at every Costco we go to now!🙂 Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! We appreciate it so much! ❤️
Really not any huge massive price differences. I wonder how the Canadian locations differ. I've heard there is one just across the border from Washington.
We've never really shopped at Cosco, since we think of them as bulk. We know a lot of people love shopping there. Does it make sense at all for a family of 2 like us?
I think it could still be worth it to stock up on the meat and frozen foods. You should be able to just do a walk through to check out prices and what they have. I would do that first before buying a membership. Thanks for watching guys! ❤️
Great question! That is exactly what we do. I'll cut them in half and put it in a bowl and they eat it with a spoon. It works out great. Kenny will sometimes add part of a muffin to his leftover cereal milk and eat it that way. Thanks for watching, we appreciate it! ❤️
We go to Costco weekly (sadly for our wallets). This was a very cool video. Chris gets his meat/fish there and I get my salad fixings. Of course we hit Costco Liquor store too :) Have a wonderful evening!!!!
We used to have both memberships, and have been thinking about doing that again. Costco has more organic options and the food court is pretty good. Both stores are good options though.
Hello Francis, thanks for the question. The spray was $42.99 for a 2 pack and the Dip Net was $149.99. They did have salmon for sale but we did not get any of that on video. Hope this answers your questions, and thanks for watching ❤️.
@@bigfamilyexpedition Thank you for the reply. Your video is extremely appealing to watch since you don't mess around with hype and get straight to the point. Best wishes to a prosperous 2025 for you and your family.
I haven't been to the only Costco in my country, but seen on a video...and I bet the U.S. Costco's are MUCH bigger. I am wondering, as a lot of the grocery items are in bigger packs, do you find yourselves spending more than you should, and end up wasting food that doesn't get eaten? 😁
Hey Kiwiman, the packages of items are bigger. We have never had a problem with food going bad before we eat it. It could just be that we have a bigger family and can go through it faster than most 😁.
What are some of your favorite Costco items?
CHEESE!
Honestly, we don't shop there. Always fun to see what they have! Great comparison between Alaska and lower forty eight prices.
The cauliflower pizza is actually really good lol
@@TheSimpleAlaskans Yes! Cheese is one of our Costco favorites too!!! ❤️
@@Controversialcruising It's funny you mention that! I've wondered how the cauliflower pizza is. I'll have to try it! Thanks! ❤️
Hi guys! Our Big Buys From Costco Is Their Meat and Frozen Foods!! Oher than that the Local WalMart is our go to! Thanks for the shopping trip!
The meat is also one of our Costco items. Most things we compare prices on before buying, thanks for watching guys!
@ 👊🏼😎
Cool video, really like seeing the products that we don't have in the lower 48!
Thank you! This was a fun video to make. So glad you enjoyed it! ❤️
Watching, looks interesting. Happy birthday Chrissy!! 💗🎂🎉
Thank you! Happy birthday to you too! 🥳🎂🎉❤️
Thanks for sharing!!! You guys have a great family !!
Thank you! You have a great family too! ❤️
Great comparison. Keen to do one here in Australia, but brands will differ
The brands may be different but we'd love to see that.
Costco here in Helena, Montana carries bear spray
That definitely makes sense that Montana would carry bear spray. It was the first time we've seen it so I'm definitely checking at every Costco we go to now!🙂

Nice review on Alaska Costco prices LIKE👍34
Thank you! ❤️

Yes, we found most things that we would get were close in price. It kind of surprised us.

@@bigfamilyexpedition thanks! That's good to know.
The muffins are so large. Do you just cut them in half for the smaller kids?

Hey John, Happy New Year 🎉
Great comparison video!
@@ScullyPop Thanks Scully!

Thank you! Happy New Year Paula and Jason 🎉
Hi Kenny and Chrissy and family! The Alaska-specific items are neat. we've actually seen bear spray here in our PA Costco. take care .
Thanks Matt, I forget about the black bear population around the country 😁

I love getting the romaine hearts and mushrooms! We usually get the grass fed ground beef and chuck roast there too! Thanks for watching guys! ❤️
Great side by side! If you come back before spring, it won't be as busy! 🤣
Those pesky tourists 😂

I love Costco and I love Alaska and have Been in Alaska too! In a cruise port cheapest lunch there is hot dog combo 😂
Yes! The hot dog combo can't be beat for a cheap lunch.
We have never been in a Costco. We have Sam’s Club, probably more in Costco.
We used to have both memberships, and have been thinking about doing that again. Costco has more organic options and the food court is pretty good. Both stores are good options though.
How much were the nets, bear spray? Also, did they have any fresh king salmon on sale? Thank you.
