so u'll get used to the pain... so that in the actual fight and you get punched or kicked on your abdomen, the effect will become lesser because u already had enough during the training... some sort of pain endurance hahha
Dar Janel oh.... oki cause my cousin does it to me to torture my abs while some one holds my hands or arms while other holds my legs down and they step on my abs for like 10 minutes straight but sometimes they stop and help me relax my abs so they can go deeper into my abs to make them stronger and OH MY GOD IT HURTS and sometimes they tape my mouth so i can scream or tell them to stop BUT THEY HAVE TONDO WHAT they have to do to make them stronger

yes it badly hurts! I am already getting lots of it from my tkd training... I am a woman and there were two men who are going to punch my belly while doing crunches 20x each... kick my side while doing knuckle push ups and so much more...

だけどこれ筋トレだよ(多分)
こういう鍛え方もあるんですよ!まぁ腹筋を踏まれる人は相当腹筋がいじめられて痛いでしょうけど、こうやってバキバキに割れた腹筋は逞しく6〜8個のコブが出来て立派な腹筋になりますね(^^)
