Good album , good song 👍
I said it before and I'll say it again:
Coolest part of this song was not realizing it was a FNaF song at first when I heard it on Spotify.
That's how you KNOW it has banger writing
I didn’t realize it was a FNAF song until the “maybe one day” iconic line haha!
@@neonmisery6895 .
“Doesn’t know a song named ALWAYS COME BACK is a FNAF song”
FNAF songs that have no context to the game in the lyrics.
Yeah all of his songs are like that and I love it
I always love how these songs can sound original enough that you don't exactly have to connect them to FNAF lyrically.
Which is an epic thing
My favorite type of fan song is one that is enhanced if you know the original work, but doesn't require you to know it. That's why Nate is one of my favorite singers who makes fan songs :)
my favorite thing about nate’s music
I completely agree. I love how you can connect them to other events!
@@spacecadetkaito Stay the Course, Home, Madness, Obsolete, Count the Teeth (That ones a bit on the nose), Salvaged, all bangers regardless of FnaF. This now adds another to my list
Nate has used “maybe one day you’ll find humanity, until then don’t you dare say that we are the same” in three separate songs now and it’s hilarious to me
what was the other song other than this and no more?
@@thelazybaryonyx6885 Sandcastle Kingdoms
@@zanebutcooler1 oh not a fnaf song? interesting...

@@thelazybaryonyx6885 actually, he also has used this sentence in "No More" which is a Fnaf song :D
This is the best Afton based song I've heard, it's insane! Every song about Afton always makes him seem like a generic super villain, but this is way closer to how he actually acts! That intro always give me chills. and I'm so glad I can finally read the lyrics!
Darkest Desire is pretty lit tho.

So is Springtrap Finale
Oh it sure is, But I think of Glitchtrap and Afton as different tbh
@@FriendlyArin I get that. They're the same person in my eye, though.
@@FriendlyArin I think the implication (if my interpretation fnaf lore is correct) is that Glitchtrap is some kind of AI that was created when Fazbear Entertainment scanned some old circuit boards from Williams old suit in order to speed up the development of the Fnaf act game. It is stated that this was done in the tapes of Help Wanted. And yes, Help Wanted canonical exists in the fnaf universe as an actual game.
"I Always Come Back" Lyrics:
Maybe I'm a broken men
Maybe I can barely stand
But the two of us are trapped in here again
I know that it's so bittersweet
Fitting now but it's still me
It's something beautiful and it's back from the dead
Maybe you'll come around
Or maybe I'll burn it down
Before we make a decision
Maybe we'll see eye to eye
Or maybe I'll come alive
Before we make our way in
I've been looking in the mirror
I've been losing me
Running in a lonely race
The finish line's a coursed place
All the pain and the anger is my only home
Every night I scream and shout
But I know that there's no way out
Don't you tell me I'm the blame
You're the ones who sparked these flames
Despite your actions

The fact that Nate always finds a way to put in the "Maybe one day, you'll find humanity" line in his FNAF and non FNAF songs is always amazing to notice! Great stuff as always!!
Yes
Yeah it's a little thing that's always awesome-
It's been so long, my first song of Nathans I heard was "no more"
That makes this song all the more impactful to me, where I was and who coming full circle.

Man Nate really likes calling back to No More, not that I'm complaining, it was and might still be my fav of his Fnaf songs.
As someone who Maladaptive daydreams to music, my appreciation for your choice to write music that can be listend to outside the context of its game (in this case, FNAF) is something I can't describe. I look forward to each new upload, keep Killin it!
@@arcahmwinters70 right?? Its great.
Yes!! I feel I can daydream to these songs and come up with my own stories! (I’ve been doing that since Salvaged)

2:21 Love the ending lines as reference to “NO MORE” (one of Nate’s original FNAF songs I adore so much).
Nate always comes back with some fire Songs!
Yeah))
The fnaf songs he makes are my favorite. He's been doing them so long and you can really see how far he's come as an artist through all of them
Because I’m a nerd who loves overanalyzing things especially music and because this song enamors me with its lyrics and portrayal of William and the fnaf story I’m gonna look at some parts that intrigue me
“The two of us are trapped in here again” this feels like William is speaking to Henry. Despite this conflict being nearly 40 years long, they always find themselves back here with nothing to show for it.
“Maybe You’ll come around or maybe I’ll burn it down” despite being friends for many years before all of this, henry and will can’t negotiate. Neither will give up their quest and every time they think that maybe the two of them can find common ground, the other retaliates
“I’ve been looking in the mirror, I’ve been losing me.” Will has been springtrap for so long that he’s beggining to lose who he was before. It’s been over 30 years trapped in the suit, hes forgetting how to be human. How to be himself.
“Running in a lonely race, the finish line’s a cursed place” Will seems to realize that this is never ending. Every time it appears to come to an end, he comes back. Because to stop would mean all of the agony he’s caused himself and others would be for nothing. But he also seems to realize that even if he gets what he wants, it might not be worth it all. He’s separated himself with everyone he knows and everyone he loved are all dead or hate him. In the end, was it worth it?
“All the pain and the anger is my only home.” Much like the ‘I’ve been losing me’ line. He’s been springtrap for so long that the agony of death and his hate is all he has left.
“Every night I scream and shout but I know that there’s no way out” deep down, William wants this to end, but he believes that he can’t stop without all the agony he has caused to himself and others being for nothing. He screams and shouts for the end, but he knows he can’t stop.
“I’ve been running from my fear it’s eating me alive” William fears his own mortality and it’s consumed him. He can’t bear to accept death and would do anything to escape it.
Good say
Oooh that is a good thought I was thinking more of Willaim and Micheal like him singing this to Micheal, instead of some lines… but good one 😁
@@kierraanderson369 Same XD Mostly bc of the "Don't you dare say that we are the same"
This is really a amazing way to delve into the character who is William Afton, and also the song
damn, bros in a corner
Banger song, I've had this on semi repeat since I noticed it on Spotify. Reminder that Nate releases a ton of content early on platforms that aren't RUclips!
I really love how Nate mixes the past stuff into the new stuff, he makes it fit really well, but the song as always was absolutely amazing! and I can't wait for what you make next
Wow! Your FNAF songs are always a banger, my favorites from the bunch! 2:20 gave me chills, since I grew up listening to 'No More' in loop... Nice touch!
I feel this isn't just about William. I also feel it's also about the Fnaf franchise as a whole. We always come back, no matter how bad SB was, and, no one can burn us down. Happy birthday freddy and friends, We'll always come back.
I've loved almost all of Nate's songs so far. But this one has a different beat that the rest, no heavy drums, steady beat, sorta in a new direction for the song and style of Nate's songs. Not that it is, but it's a strange but it just a fitting and refreshing way for this song specifically. I really love this. Also besides the reference to no more and possibly time to move on or obsolete (your the one to blame) the beginning reminded me of Salvaged acoustic
I was wondering why I listened to this one a lot more than a lot of his recent stuff. The style change is very noticeable and it's nice. Not that the other stuff is bad, it's great.
The drums are very steady, which I like because it adds emphasis to “running down a lonely race”. The pace keeps the beat in a somber way and it really accentuates that idea of William pacing forward, undaunted by what’s being inflicted on him. He keeps coming back, and he will keep coming back.
OH man, the final part of the song brings a lot of nostalgia
Ik right
RIGHT?? It caught me off guard! I was like wait a minute this is familiar... OH YEAH- Got literal goosebumps from nostalgia!
The only William Afton song that's actually about his main deal... He always comes back, no matter how lonely it gets, no matter how insane he becomes, he won't die, he refuses to,
Running in a lonely,
The finish line's a cursed place,
That last line could DEFINITELY be from Michael to William.
8 Years Of Fnaf really does fly by...
And what a way to cap off the celebrations.
Nate, I've been listening to you since I was 14 years old, now I'm 21, and you haven't changed the magic of your songs, simply epic!
I was expecting "maybe one day you'll find humanity" to be used, and it still gave me chills. Great song as always, Nate!

Nice!
I heard it on Spotify first and until the very end I didn’t realize it was a fnaf. That last line sounded to familiar.
Where glitchtrap he is also william that's how he escaped his hell and vanny transport him to his old but newer suit
The thing about Nate's fan songs is that they don't sound like generic fnaf songs. They sound more like a combination of modern pop and anime openings, and man am I in love with this song.
I didn't even know it was a FNAF song. It would've been great if it would've been in the movie as Afton said "I always come back." Lyrics are just perfect and Nate's voice is just hilarious! The way he portrays an emotion or something related to a game makes him enter directly into a character. Well done!

yes@@wottop2018
I've been waiting for this! Hits so hard...rlly captures springtrap/William Afton
this song isn't meant to make you try and sympathize Afton after all he's done, its a book telling you what it's simply done in the end (my take atleast)
I personally imagine the song is actually sung by Henry diverted towards Wiliam
The lyrics are so beautifully written, and they makes sense inside the fnaf lore and outside as well. A masterpiece
It's still so strange how this song isn't that widely known across the fandom yet. It's CRIMINALLY underrated in my opinion; the emotion in Nates voice and the lyrics perfectly show a side of Afton that many fans of the game don't seem to think about. William isn't just an insane child murderer who cares about nothing! He's a man who has to endure this life he trapped himself into. 100% my favorite FNaF song!! We need more like this!
Yup 👍 😅
Easily the best music video for one of your fnaf songs. It fits the lyrics of the song, which is one thing I feel like a lot of your fnaf music videos are lacking. Something as simple as having a sprite of springtrap running with the lyrics "running in a lonely race" goes a long way.
I also really appreciate how the lyrics of this song characterize Afton. They still keep in mind that he's a terrible murderer, but it also showcases some of the complexity of his character. I'm so glad that none of the lyrics talk about regret though, because if you're a man with as much will to live as William, you have NO regret. Just a lot of pain and anger.
I also like that the song is seemingly directed at Michael, and that the final lyrics are from his perspective.
All of the shots in this video are really unique and beautiful. Matches the song very well. Absolutely lovely!
An absolute banger, as always. It might’ve already appeared again in ‘Sandcastle Kingdoms’, but I still quite appreciate the reference back to ‘No More’ at the end, there.
I just love how a lot of the songs here represents some part of my life and automatically become what makes me forget about my sadness while I listen to them... it's magical
Love these words at end.
Maybe one day you'll find humanity, until then don't you dare say that we are the same...
I love how Michael's end response is hopeful, but also very doubtful. He wishes his father to be better, but knows it's near impossible to fix a man who is cursed with immortality and insanity from not being able to join his wife and son in the afterlife.
It's evident with the final line. 2:21
@@JadonsVibingPlacethat's the line this comment was referring to
Due to the "Maybe one day you'll find humanity" refrain that goes through so many songs, you could TOTALLY make a cohesive Springtrap musical with Nate's songs
Literally everything I know about FNAF is from your music videos. Never played the games or was ever even interested, but your FNAF songs are seriously amazing. I feel like they're getting better over time too.
Hit number 1 song on my On Repeat so fast, and is now my 3rd most listened to song according to spotistats, love it so much

i love the 'no more' song reference ! great song, burntrap is very underrated.
I think so too
I love FNaF songs, what don't hear as FNaF songs, they're very rare, and its coolest Springtrap song what i heard in my life
I want to give this more than one like.. for real, I just can't describe what in this song makes it so damn good. This song made me like the rock music genre. Great job.
I ALWAYS COME BAAAACK
Fnaf songs are starting to sound good and nostalgic again.
Yes
Banger of a song! Works incredibly well with and without FNAF context, so happy it’s fully out on YT
Nate drops a banger song on anniversary day. Wow!
This is really incredible and really catchy and really adds to the character of William Afton, Incredible FNAF song Give Heart definitely adding this to my playlist have a marvelous day
Is it bad that this is so relatable?
Remember, the entire fnaf lore all could've been avoided if some random parents didn't book a certain day for a visit to Freddy Fazbear's for their children.
I mean, I'm pretty sure if those children weren't others would take their places as William's victims
It could have been avoided if two grandparents didnt meet

Like how you used the scraptrap fnaf pizza sim line in this song as “I know that it’s bittersweet, fitting” as opposed too “bittersweet, but fitting”

Once again, a gorgeous song Nate. Can never go wrong with a Natewantstobattle song
I like how this song makes it sound like he’s trying to convince you that he is not to blame that he is the victim. And the line at the end if it has been used at lot does really help get that point across.

this is so underrated I can tell you put a lot of effort into this
I've been looking in the mirror, I've been loosing me!
That's a double meaning line, Nate was scared of loosing himself while being swallowed by fame, and every time Afton comes back he looks more disgusting and decayed, to the point he doesn't even recognize himself anymore
That NO MORE callback at the end shattered my heart in a thousand pieces and rebuilt it again, for a second, I went back to being a fnaf kid in 2015 hahaha!
Happy 1st Anniversary!
The raw emotion in his voice in the chorus is just chilling man.
This song is amazing. This song tells about William, about what kind of "hell" he went through, I understand his pain, and when I look into his eyes, I not only see, but also feel his pain and suffering. That's why he's my favorite character
Да, но нет Уильям убил детей за что и горит в аду
Ну как горит, так живых себе
Probably a deliberate choice that this song is in the same key as 'No More', especially since it has that lyric at the end, and I love it!
Goddamn. I've been listening to your fnaf playlist, and these all fucking slap. Love your shit, Nate
I couldn’t see what song started playing and as soon as I heard the intro I screamed “Maroon 5?!” and now I can’t unhear the similarity between their voices

I love this song so much. I literally have it on repeat and can't stop listening to it. Great job Nate! Keep up the great work!
William Afton: I always come back. (Puts on the mask)
Right back to "mangled" one of the first FNAF song I heard from you nate darn good song.
I love this song so much holy!! Nate's fnaf songs always just hit different, and the callback to no more at the end was so good
YES. THIS IS AMAZING. You've made my whole day, I'm going to be listening to this on REPEAT.
I always imagine this song as a duet between William and Michael Afton with lines like "I've been looking in the mirror I've been losing me" "every night I scream and shout but I know that there's no way out" and of course "maybe one day you'll find humanity until then dont you dare say that we are the same" fitting Michael a little better than his dad,
and some others like "don't you tell me I'm to blame you're the one who sparked this flame, despite your actions I always come back" sounding like a direct conversation between them
Phenomenal
I was hoping at least one of Nates songs ended up in the fnaf movie. Here's hoping for the second one 🤞🏾
The vocals, the lyrics, the instrumentals is just JHDSFF AAAAAAAAAH
Now there's a song made for William's catchphrase XD Its amazing how this song could be really explaining William Afton's character, his desire for inmortality, his fear from the death. It feels like he's talking to Michael. I like the beat it has :)

This is an incredible video!! And this song is officially one of my favorites. It’s beautiful lyrically and instrumentally, and you couldn’t even tell it was a fnaf song when it first came out. You are truly amazing Nate and Give heart!! ❤️❤️

how the hell did i find this song today?!? i am looping fnaf ultimate collection album all day long and didnt see that masterpiece before
what's great is as the song shows, Afton knows he's on barrowed time at some point he won't be able to move anymore and then he will have lost to the kids, he will be stuck in that suit unable to interact forever
I made a tribute video to my 2 dogs with this song a few days ago. The first one we had him rescued when he was 4 and had him for 10 long years before he got too old to go on any longer. 💔😞
The second one, we had him 2 months after our first boy left, and had him for 2 years. He passed away this September 😢
He was still just a puppy and didn't even get the chance to have his second birthday!
And since they've both passed, all I could hear on the radio has been this song, it almost felt like a sign from them both, so I used it in my video with pictures and videos of them....
I miss you boys so much... RIP Maxy and Zero 😢💔🐾
Im so sorry for your loss.
As amazing as this is, I would LOVE to see a slow acoustic rendering. A Banger as always, Nate
