    Set Camera the exact height and use the Scale tool till the top of the figure's head is exactly in line with the horizon. works with other things too.

    Not sure when I’d use it, but I’ll give it a go. I’ve used a 3D Warehouse file of my car when doing entry control points.

    Hi Aaron, is there also a quick and easy way to create a 3D scale figure in stead of just a figure facing the camera all the time?

    Yep: take your photo with the camera as far away and as low as possible for best results

    Wow. 2023 and we still are using anachronistic tools for stuff like this. Why not just have the computer create it for us? Surely it could do it faster and more accurately.

    Please one vedio on how we can isolate one thing in SketchUp when we modeling just like in 3ds max

      May not need a whole video. Go to 'Window/Model Info/Components' and check 'Hide Rest of Model'
