Paul Wilson on Bristol is Open, a project to make Bristol an open, programmable city

Managing Director of Bristol is Open, Paul Wilson talks about the project to make Bristol an open, programmable city region. It is a collaboration between the technology, media and telecommunications industries, universities, local communities, and local and national government.
The project is governed by a joint venture between University of Bristol and Bristol City Council. The project will go live in Spring 2015 and run for at least five years.
