So there’s a hidden Mmr in unranked that they also were using towards your placement games. I didn’t know this either until me and my homie couldnt do our placements together. So we played one without each other and I went 35-10 and then was high enough rank to play with him. He got ascendant 1 I got diamond 2
This is true for unrated or casual in almost every fps game. But also in every competitive game out they all the stupid hidden mmr. It’s why people Smurf so much because we can’t even play casual and genuinely chill.

It's done on how well you play he probably was top frag every game so he gets higher rank
@@darraghmoran3022honestly I performed pretty bad in my placements it’s just that I performed really well in unrated and that had a factor into what you get placed for ranked

A friend of mine with 0 wins got placed dia 2 on console and me who won 2 of the 5 with 5 mvps got placed gold 1💀 but i double ranked up twice so im almost diamond now

should i always use focus mode? im so confused
Aiming in is a lot better on console, if your holding a longer angle i would use focus just make sure you turn off walking while in focus so you can strafe

I got placed diamond 2, but im gold 3 on pc and diamond players are much better than me, it feels cheap getting placed so high

Honestly idk I just play a high sens on every fps game. I would say it has its benefits and inconsistencies as well

I submitted the day after it came out and got it the next morning
i have a pretty comp group on xbox if you wanna run iv only played 7 games so far and my whole group (like 10 people) is all ascendent and probably immortal since i got off so eaely
half of us our siege champs while the other half our ex pc players that have nice aim

nah, valorant ranked gotta be rigged or something, you said you went 1-4 as in 4 losses right? and got placed acendant. I went 3-2 and did pretty well most games and got placed plat 1. And I played all 5 placements with my friend and he somehow got placed diamond 2. Shit dont make no sense to me.
it seems like the system takes into account how u did when u played unrated before ranked came out. I won most of my games and also fragged off in unrated

@@pls6749I think it was just for this one time that ranked was introduced to console so that people would get a different variety of ranks and a good way to assume a rank of different people
