When Chad joined he really wanted to be in the band. He sent a vhs tape of his audition apparently. He's a great guy

I've been discovering this singer... I've never heard such quick tremolo in someone's voice before. This is really amazing, plus the songs are good.
Ben's an awesome singer! He was actually sick during this time, which is just well... amazing. Comes to show how strong his vocals are.

Yeah. Ben's vibrato is always been pretty unique and usually you only hear it in live recordings. I wonder if he does it to prevent his voice from cracking. His use of switching from head voice to chest voice has always been one of my favorite things he does playing around with that break. Kinda taught me things I could do as well since I have the same break point and range.
Savannah ga? I’m pretty sure I went to the show they played after this that night. They opened up for 3 doors down. It was POD, seether, shine down, breaking Benjamin, then 3 doors down. Wonderful night.

This isn't in Brasil, River Street Jazz Cafe is half hour from me in Plains, PA. Breaking Benjamin were from this area. Hence the reason they played this intimate set.

It’s a throat disease he had and if you notice he is chewing gum it’s not just any gum it’s menthol gum in order to keep the shakiness in his voice down

love breaking benjamin but sounds like some serious pitch correction was used in this performance. it doesn't seem like ben to do that so maybe they added it in later.
