I've noticed in some of your videos that you are fond of opening cupboards or sometimes touching items like bric-a-brac impulsively without first asking for permission from owners or their reps. I cringe every time you do that. It might seem trivial to you but some people might get offended when they see you doing that to their property. One piece of advice; it's not hard to ask first before doing so. Asking them would show utmost respect to them and their possessions.

Maraming investors po kasi ng mga properties dito at after mga ilang taon binibenta na nila kapag ok na sa kanila ang market value.

Depends on the location. There are areas that have good water source and I would say the beachfront property in the video is in one of those areas.
