When I first watched this movie I was around 11 or 12 years old at my grandparents house in chicago back in the summer of 1982 one sunny saturday afternoon. this was by far my most favorite kung fu movie to watch among other notable movies such as The Five Deadly Venoms and Element Ninjas etc..... watching this clip brought back many childhood memories.
I also like the leg move he did at the end when he spun around and chopped his opponents neck. Those two maneuvers were done really well unlike some of the earlier portions of the fight.
Fung Hak is such a badass! From old school Shaolin to modern day(setting) Jackie Chan Police Story and even early Michelle Yoeh in Magnificent Warriors, he was one of the best at being bad!
The choreography of proper martial arts films is outstanding. No unnecessary camera cuts, even Hollywood today can't make an action scene without 1000 cuts🙃
HOllywood can do good action scenes today, you just don't usually see it in the big budget stuff, where they use actors and fake the action. Look at Taken 3, where it took Liam Neeson 12 cuts to jump a fence, then watch Accident Man - the fight scene between Scott Adkins, Michael Jay White, and Ray Park. Or look at the big fight scene in Atomic Blonde - you know they used cuts, but they worked really hard to make it flow. (Also, I apologize to Scott Adkins for saying 'actor' like he isn't one, I just didn't know how else to say it).
RIP Fung Hak (mantis guy). Last thing I saw him in was Ip Man 2. He fought Ip on the table in the first challenge if memory serves me correctly. Great star of Kung Fu Theatre on Saturdays growing up
I've never seen anyone utilize Mantis with such incredible mastery. This is 1 of the best and coolest fights I've ever seen and I don't know any of the stars.
silly comments,lol.....................r.i.p master fung hark on,you were the greatest and always brought something fresh and exiting to the table, you illuminated the films you starred in and will be sorely missed by fans of the genre, thanks always .
Oh my goodness, I love the old school martial arts movies. Back in the 80’s I would be front and center to watch the Charlie Rum matinee movies on Saturday and as a young girl I would be all hyped. I loved Bruce Lee and Toad was one of my favorites off of “The Five Deadly Venoms”. Lo Mang’s body was seriously banging. This did nothing for me but perpetuate my love for Asian men. They got some serious swag too plus they know how to protect their lady, give me one like yesterday. Me caramel doll for my yellow Papi.

Fantastic choreography!! These films were the best!! Kung Fu theater , two movies every Saturday afternoon and Sunday night with some cold ones here in Boston back in the day. I wish they would bring it back. These guys and ladies were the real deal too. I loved when people said they were nothing without the choreography. Due to ignorance they never realized a lot of these people got challenged all the time and beat the crap out of dumbasses who were stupid enough to do so. They were humbled from their ignorance after reading some books and watching some documentaries. I’m so grateful to discover these kick ass martial artist because they inspired me to train and start my own martial arts journey. ❤️👊.
For those of you that don't know Wing Chun, this is just one form of it, there are three forms, once you mix all three together and get good at them, your almost completely unbeatable. It takes years to get good though. My Wing Chun is different because mine isn't just Wing Chun I mixed it in with a lot of other styles, so really I use no style at all, which is the best style. You would say this doesn't make sense, and if it doesn't then you just don't understand. If you watch or study MMA, you would understand, or if you read Bruce Lee's Philosophies and seen his demonstrations, interviews, and movies, you would understand. If you start replying saying he is BS, then that means your a fool and you never studied him like I did. You can even ask the great masters of today and Grandmasters.
Casanova Wong (the main protagonist in this movie) uses Wing Chun hand moves/techniques, but his kicking style is definitely Northern KF or Korean (as he's a Hapkido expert).
@@teamslaiyans3808 if you think that is dangerous, mix the best of Muay Thai, Muay Boran, Tai Chi, All forms of Wing Chun, Aikido, Taekwondo, Karate, and Boxing, but the best parts of these styles will be different for everyone. If you do it right, you will have no style, it's just you and what you know. Strip away the useless parts and only use what is useful. If you use just one style, it makes it easy to predict your movements if I know the tricks and movements of that style. There is no style, there is only knowledge, strength, speed, control, and power.
@@ColbyGraves I don’t think nothing can’t beat the drunken style. All of the style you’ve mentioned, only Muay Thai and Tai Chi can also be use as a drunken form. Drunken style will be too fast and powerful, you won’t know what will hit you. That no shadow fist is deadly too but it got beat by the drunken women form 😅😅😅
Casanova Wong is so good in this movie. I know he was Korean, but I'm surprised he didn't have more roles. Besides obviously the Bruce Lee films. This film Warriors Two, Shaolin Mantis, The Prodigal Son, Heroes of The East, 36 Chambers of Shaolin were my absolute favourites of the 70s Golden Era of HK Kung Fu cinema.

This Wing Chun oriented master work "The Warriors Two" may be a little long in it's finale. But its feature more of an opportunity to see Sammo Hung, Casanova Wong and Fung Hark-On in traditional kung-fu fury. This fight contains a ferocity that is absent from many of The Shaw Brothers movies that were filmed during that time.

I agree! First time I saw it was late Saturday afternoon on Blackbelt Movies.
RIP Fung Hak, I just read in the comments that he passed away six yrs now, thanx for the wicked memories......
That flying spin back kick he did over the table at the end....freakin epic. One if the sickest moves I've seen in a long time lol
With no wires nor cgi
It's all him
15' spinning back kick. Some serious explosive nerve/adrenaline trigger from dudes pressure point activated by his friend.
