I wouldn't mind retiring in Vietnam. Cost if living good. Food is great. The humidity takes getting use to I bet. I was Thailand for a few weeks and that humidity was brutal. I'm from California so not use to that.

Đồ ăn thái lan như dân tộc...đồ ăn Việt nam là pha trộn giữa châu âu và TQ do VN bị ảnh hưởng về văn hóa ẩm thực lúc bị thuộc địa...đi thái ta nói đi chỗ nào cũng giã con gì bẹt bẹt thấy dơ mất vệ sinh như ng dân tộc thái (thái phân hóa giữa ng giàu và ng nghèo quá chênh lệch nên vậy)...ko quay lại lần thứ 2, giờ du khách họ cũng nhận ra điều đó rồi ng Việt mình văn minh hơn nhiều.

The seafood places are amazing. Something I’ve yet to try in Vietnam. I always wonder the little store like the banh mi stands, how do they keep their meat fresh in that heat? I know they must sell fast & only operate in the early hours. If we did that in Australia we would all die from food poisoning!!! 😜

I think our stomachs can handle more than we think. But getting food poisoning does suck. As a kid when my mom made hamburgers I always tore a piece of the raw meat off and ate it. So good.
