I was about 16 years old at the boost mobile pro in Vegas and I was able to sit with cardiel for a little over an hour and talk about how much skateboarding meant to us and I will never ever ever forget the things he told me. One of the greatest human beings to grace this earth and we're lucky enough to live the same time as him.
I got mad respect for Brian and I'm happy that the dude gets to live his life with the support of the community. I know he was scared of not being respected and it's cool that those fears aren't the case
