Gobot Crasher shows off her stuntwoman skills and plays chicken with gobot Turbo

- I like to choose my Crasher clips carefully and then write/comment on them, commentary and my own personal opinions of Crasher, that makes it fair use and maybe Warner Bros won't get mad at me. Because WB owns Gobots tv series has copyrights, I must be careful. They're a company that wants to make money. So I want to express my love of Crasher and show her and talk about her, but do it in a way that won't hurt the company, deprive them of the ability to make money from their own TV series, or upset them. Hence why I won't put up entire episodes of the series. I also will not give away spoilers. While I might talk about what evil arsehole villain of the series Cy-kill might be wanting to do in a certain episode, I will not give away what actually happens. You know, because people won't buy it if they already know what happens. So. The episodes are available on youtube to buy, they are also out on DVD. Pick them up, the tv show is a lot better than many people give it credit for.
I am here because I adore gobot Crasher and I wanted a YT channel about her, and hopefully share my love of her with others. :) I also don't think she is actually evil at heart, and I want to share my opinion. I also adore the Porsche 956 - her car mode - and want to share my love of those cars as well. :) I also use various songs in videos too. Not I won't put up entire albums the various musicians created. That would defeat the purpose of musicians attempting to make money from their creations ex. selling their CD's.
Clip is from the TV series Challenge of the Gobots (1984), Episode Speed Is of the Essence. Buy the series and support everyone involved, it's a pretty good series and I enjoy watching it. The series is a lot better than many people give it credit for. This is another fun clip with the two race car gobots Crasher and Turbo.
Ordered by main villain Cy-Kill to destroy Turbo (the supercar), Crasher (the Porsche 956), when she saw that he was in a car race, chose to defy Cy-Kill and participate in the race instead. Because she loves it and it's what she wants to do more than anything else. Here she plays chicken with Turbo and also makes a long leap, using a crashed car as a ramp, in order to catch up to him because she wants badly to win (staying true to that part of her that is a Porsche and a race car)
I have to add this clip because, in order to tell Crasher's story and show who she really is and that she isn't 100% evil, I have to show some of the times she did not, in fact, wish to fight Turbo and the Guardians. In fact, some of my favorite parts of the tv series are when she tells Cy-Kill to, um, basically, go copulate with himself. Though Cy-Kill does have a lot of influence over her (he did manipulate her into joining him to begin with) there were times she asserted her individuality and her independence, to show who she really was, and this is one of those times. As I have said in other descriptions under videos I have posted, Cy-Kill is incredibly evil, he has abused her (he actually abuses her verbally quite often in the series) and all she really wants to do is to race and have her demolition derbies and her stunts. As I have also said in other video descriptions she has very little interest in Cy-Kill's 'cause' of universe domination and genocide.
Now she can't tell Cy-Kill off to his face, so she does it behind his back, defying him and participating in this car race instead. Here, she truly gets to be herself (and I have to show this part of who she is, because she was an accomplished athlete at one time - car racer, stuntwoman and demolition derby champion), racing and doing the stunts (like this gravity defying leap seen here) that were her career before war broke out again on her home planet of Gobotron. She does this to the point where she PRETENDS she wasn't sent by Cy-Kill, acting as if she had just happened to run into Turbo on accident: "Fancy meeting you here, Turbo!" And she's having the time of her life. This episode made me sad because there were so few times she ever got to truly be herself and when she does, she goes nuts with loving the freedom and the enjoyment of the speed. And the episode made me happy, too, because here, she finally gets to truly be herself, a happy Porsche, racing on her track.
The two of them are more rivals, competitors, opponents, rather than full on enemies. That was just Cy-Kill's wish, that they be enemies. Competing, racing, sparring against each other (true to the part of them that is a race car), is their favorite thing to do. I never believed the two of them were meant to be enemies. Rivals on the race track but not enemies. They loved sparring each other, loved the competition. Cy-Kill wanted something unnatural for them. Sometimes they claimed to hate each other, but I felt differently, that they really didn't.

She's talented, she's smart, she's an athlete, she's got a great sense of humor, she's fun, she has a warrior code of honor that her boss Cy-Kill does not have (she never kills anyone in the tv series or even fatally injures anyone) and she is beautiful. She'd make a great gf for some lucky bot.
I think Dragstrip or Breakdown would have one hell of a fun rival.

Talk a bad girl squad I mentioned there!
@@virtualpellot933 well maybe not Black Arachnia. She's very flirtatious and Crasher is a tomboy and other than her crush on Leader One long ago in her past, she never really flirted with anyone. Crasher might get annoyed with her.
@@Crasher1982 yeah those 2 would be arguing and punching one another (as possibly messing up a mission on the field) Crasher might get either annoyed by Thunderblast or just make Crasher laugh her diodes off and working working with either Slipstream or Strika or that red decepticon broad from the Bumblebee movie would make one hell of a dangerous team.

Indeed. Crasher and Turbo both love to race. (well they're both race cars.) I'll be putting up info about Le Mans soon. Porsche 956 (Crasher's car) and Porsche 962 (essentially a modified 956) absolutely dominated that race during the 1980's.
