SOVDA Pearl Mini: The Future of Quality at Rosso

This summer, we integrated two SOVDA Pearl Mini’s into our roasting process. Being that one of Rosso's core business values is continuous improvement, we believe that these machines are the next step for us to not only offer a higher quality product, but also to ensure a more consistent brew from cup to cup.
We are the only roasting company in Canada with one of these coffee sorters, and the only roaster in all of North America with two of them.

Hi Guys, I'm interested to know what size roaster you have the SOVDA hooked up to. We run a 120 along side a 25 and I'm wondering if the SOVDA Pearl Mini would cope with the larger 120 or only the 25.

It's a 45kg. We mainly roast 40kg batches and the loader from the cooling bin gets close to full. It has a capacity of 60 litres.
