0:50 if you go with this tactic please DO NOT pre-picklock doors. I kid you not, guards can sometimes see thru that window next to doors and if they open any door before rewiring, it counts as security bypass and will raise the alarm
0:52 sometimes at this point a guard on the inside may be able to see the hostage through the window beside the door so even this disguise method isn’t fully safe
2:06 there is a far better way to do this. Just go up the stairs, get them to face parallel to the wall and then intimidate and get them to lay down. This is faster, so there's less chance of a guard coming around, cannot be seen by anyone inside, and you don't have to answer a radio. The only problem is that this doesn't work with the cam facing the stairs, but if that's there you can just lure off it to the spawn. 4:08 it can never be the first painting you take down, so I'd recommend taking down the worst ones first, those being the kitchen two. I'd say do this before collecting Intel if you're hacking the pc since that blocks them from being it. Another Ryan lure, and this gives one for every waypoint, is that if he's in the living room you can stand outside the door at spawn and do any red status action (idk about intimidating). He can see you from there, at least on low Out of Sight. Alternatively, you can put a suspicious item such as a lockpick either outside (behind the window) or inside the door and he'll be lured by it if he moves towards the upstairs, maybe even while at the downstairs waypoint if it's inside but i dont know since i haven't tested it in a while. The item lure has the downside of being less controllable and potentially luring guards.
This is a pretty good guide And it does make the mission seem easier than the others The real problem is when you go do the daily challenge and then one of the modifiers is "no knockouts"
