This wonderful peice by Granados has not been played so amazingly on two guitars since the memorable performances by Ida Presti and Alexander Lagoya. It would be too pressumptious to even attempt to comment further. Thank you for sharing your talent and insight.
I once had an LP album (mid-'70s) of classical music for two guitars and this selection was one of the songs on it. One of the most soulful sounding melodies I recall hearing in years.
@@antonyhadjion8376 My interest piqued, I listened to their "Clair de Lune" and pulled up their album covers visible online but it's not familiar (though, of course, beautiful to listen to). The cover art of the album I had there were no people present. An interesting feature of that album was one song in which the sound of a large truck engine could be faintly heard on one track, indicating the studio was close to a street and not isolated. It didn't detract, was just noticeable.
With the right hand, the i and m fingers. And also, p with i/m are most common. On the left hand usually there are some stretches as many classical pieces cross-string trill on 1/2 step and whole step notes. Not easy!

The cross-string trills are fantastic. A great rendition - similar to Lagoya's edition.
They were students of Presti-Lagoya.
