In Call of Duty: Ghosts, Logan gets kidnapped at the end of the game by Rorke the antagonist. See there is a detail to what happen to Logan Walker in the end credits cutscene. The detail is that Logan Walker is being fed poison in the Amazon forest in a hole. This is the same thing that happened to Rorke way before the game started.

Details:
When firing weapons with casings you can hear them drop on the ground and clatter
Easter eggs (Space Marine):
The planet you fight on Grya is the same setting for Space Marine
The reason you are sent to the planet being that the (chaos corrupted) inquisitor had a few experiments
A taunt line saying" I will finnish the work captain Titus started" who was the protagonist of Space Marine
The addition of the vengeance launcher from Space Marine
The melta acting like the one in Space Marine

The mentioning of the characters homeworld of Ultramar
Marneus Clagar( Leader of the Ultramarines) is also mentioned
The strength vs toughness in the game being from the original tabletop.
Final Cool thing:
The main characters name "Malum Caedo" means "I kill evil" in Latin.

I think the flaming scarecrow is supposed to be a reference to Freddy Krueger. If you look at the hat the scarecrow is wearing and the hands of the scarecrow almost look like claws/knives like the ones that Freddy wears. Plus the fact they speak in a deep voice

In the Doctor Who story Human Nature (and Family of Blood) they have scarecrows that are alive
Its possible it's a deliberate reference to both of these villains, however it may be a stretch
I think the dark souls death screen Easter Egg was also a reference to the Metal Gear Solid games that take place in the past, where killing someone who appears at a later date will create a temporal paradox.

Found a detail which isn't particularly hidden but I just thinks it's really dope. In Control, in Dr Darlings office there's a projector playing a video. If you knock over the project the actual projection accurately moves properly. As I said it's not hidden but it's just a dope attention to detail
