Carla is a good teacher cooking is supposed to be fun and it helps once you have a passion for it as you grow so does your taste buds it's awesome when the lights finally come on ,also it's a good way to spend a evening with friends and family cooking, eating and having a couple beers or glasses of wine is one of my favorite things to do.

Made this for dinner tonight (full recipe is on the food network web site). She makes rolling the pork up around the stuffing look way easier than it is, but still, this was SO good!

er...im wondering.. are you being sarcastic? Because the only way you're going to scorch it is if it's on high heat for a long time, and left unattended and not agitated... It's very difficult to scorch something if you're using reasonable heat lol

You have no palate and clearly consider something like swiss chalet or Denny's fine dining. It's called accentuating the flavors.. stuff that pairs nicely together. Are you three years old? Have you actually tried something like this or are you just one of those "omGGG EW SURF AND TURF OR EWW (insert food here)" but will go and scarf down a family bucket at KFC or a 20 piece chicken McNuggets at McDonalds.. Lmao.
And she's plating for the beauty of plating. People who eat at anything other than a swiss chalet or a Denny's or an iHop (idk american diners lol) or have experience in the kitchen know that customers (or you yourself as a patron) eat with all their senses, sense of sight first. If something looks like poopy (LOL) you're not going to want to eat it even if its something you've had before. On the other hand, I've been tricked into eating a few things I previously had tried and not liked because the kitchen staff plated it so elegantly I had to give it a try.
I really didn't mean to come off rude, but adults who just simply act like kids in terms of food and say "ME NO LIKEY THIS BECAUSE HMPF." make me irritable. I can't tell you how many times my menu has needed to be changed because of people like you. Lol.
