Thank you sir for such comprehensive and clear explanation. Many teachers fail to understand that students must be taught in a way that is easy yet effective. You are a gift to us, who are traumatized by our classes at college.😊🙏
Thank you sir. Your videos has helped me a lot to resolve my accounting queries. Your way of explaining makes easy for us to understand the topic. Once again, thanks a lot sir :-)
I couldn't clear my G2 since my concepts in FM were messed...but seeing your videos sir I am pretty confident I ll clear this time... Thanku so much for your efforts sir🙏🏻
I think its better to take practical data and lets take data of 2019 hindustan unilever and derive then data and full valuation . Then students can learn more thoroughly !
Thanks allot sir i totally appreciate your work but sir i am afraid from capital budgeting can you please make some more videos about capital budgeting as exams are coming next month i found myself less confident about capital budgeting chapter so can you please cover some more topics regarding to capital budgeting...By the way Thanks for this video : )
Thanks sir and can you please provide syllabus. I mean all chapters comes in exam of bcom final year and with there respective marks in financial management
Let's say for example ur retention ratio is 40% for the question then the d which is dividend is 60% as the as retained 40% out of 100% Which leaves out 60% as dividend given to the share holder
b is retention rate. Retention means what is left with us after spending (in this case, what is left with us after paying the dividends). In the first example, the dividend payout is 40% which means that out of our total earnings we pay out 40% as dividend and thus we are left with 60% of our earnings which are the retained earnings. Since we have to calculate the growth percentage that is g, we multiply b (retention rate) and r (rate of return). So 60% when converted in to number is 60 divided by 100 which equals to 0.6. I hope you understood

hello sir, If dividend rate / payout ratio is not given, only retention ratio and E, Ke and R is given, then which price should consider for D?
Let's say for example ur retention ratio is 40% for the question then the d which is dividend is 60% as the as retained 40% out of 100%
Which leaves out 60% as dividend given to the share holder
Sir jb dividend 4 to retention 6 hona chahiye na to ye .6 kaise hua.. Plzzz tell me

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Can someone please explain how b came out to be 0.6 in the first example...
b is retention rate.
When the payout ratio is 40% that is 4 rs so the retention ratio should be 60% that is 6 but he has taken .6 why?????
sir ne B kaise nikla koi btayga kyaa??
Could the formula of Gordon's Model be written as:
P= E(1-b)/(ké-g)
Yes
Ok and thank you so much Sir your videos are really helpful.
agr questions mai b = 40% diya hoto hmai payout ratio = 60% laina hoga is it right???
Yes
