for some reason blizzard knight aint attacking me but when i hit them it attacks me is it some kind of bug or is the blizzard knight friendly i literally stared at it in the eye and its not attacking me

usually you don’t have to run back, this time I just got unlucky cause an NPC had spawned and grouped them together
You can parry these things neat *hides sacred field even spear and 80% DVm*

You probably just have animal king, that means monsters won’t attack you unless you hit them, I don’t think this applies to humanoid NPC’s though.
