For a little explanation! 😁 so it’s a page in the manga that shows an arm wrestling contest between the Hashira! Mitsuri isn’t actually that low but thats what they ranked her! It’s said that the flame, wind, water, and love Hashiras strength can be interchangeable in the list so think about it as them all taking 3rd place :) hope that helped!

if u search up the Hashira arm wrestling ranking , Tengen is in 2nd place , which is the canon ranking because it was shown in the manga
