PERFECT LOCATION FOR A LOT OF THINGS. It is nice that there are a lot of other places just like this! That comment the guy at the bottom made about "upkeep" is crazy. Doing that would be what would make the place fun! At any rate, there are lots of machinery and available help to do anything that needs to be done.
What a pain in the ass the upkeep on the place would be.

It is now a drug/alcohol rehab. They shut down and covered the pool, no horses, no golf. Its a shame that they took so much away from what was already there. It would have been beneficial for the patients in recovery.

This property has been sold and is now a drug/alcohol rehabilitation facility. I think they did away with the nine hole golf course from what it looks like on Google Earth.
