I've played Stardew Valley recently, and I browsed the wiki a lot. I know that jelly multiplies the base value by 2 and adds 50 (so 50 gold + 2x base value), and wine sells for 3x base value, so any fruit with base value of more than 50 gold will make a more expensive wine than jelly, though jelly is created much faster. I write this hoping none else ends up wasting so much time making blackberry or salmonberry wine, then ages it in the cellar... I still feel bad about that.
My preferred method to make money in late game SV is setting up bee houses on Ginger Island. I plant the Fairy Rose, add Deluxe Retaining Soil, set up the bee houses around the flower. Once the Fairy Rose(s) have matured, they will never die, and you just have to remember to collect the honey every three days.
The mayonnaise quality from ostrich eggs will match the quality of the egg. This is the only way to obtain silver and iridium quality mayonnaise. Golden eggs turn into 3 gold quality mayonnaise regardless of the quality of the egg, so if you have the artisan profession it is always more profitable to turn them into mayonnaise. Without artisan, it is only a loss to turn the iridium ones into mayonnaise.
Also, you did get the good slime eggs from the slime egg press. Purple is the best egg you can get from those. Tiger slime eggs can only be obtained from killing tiger slimes. It is the only slime egg that cannot be obtained from the slime egg press.
Sunny days for the solar panels do not need to be consecutive, but of course this would be more effective. As such, they are most effective in Calico Desert where it is sunny every day. The island farm is best used for more crops, ideally ancient fruit, since they will grow year round and there are no crows on the island. If you use deluxe retaining soil you can maximize your production because it means you won't need to save spots for sprinklers. 100% worth the cost of the soil for end game profits.
OH! And I thought I saw you no clip through a gate at one point. I brushed it off as lag at first, but then there was one of your sell menus at the end showing an iridium bar and a prismatic shard being sold for 1500 and 2600 respectively. This would require two different, mutually exclusive professions, ie blacksmith and gemologist, as their base sell prices are 1k and 2k respectively. The only ways to achieve this are in co-op farms where the game determines item sell price based on the professions of all online players, and in single player using a mod that allows you to have all professions active at once. This can be confirmed by checking the wiki. It didn't seem like you were showing this off in a co-op lobby, and it's fine if you're using a mod because ultimately if that's more fun for you then that's good, but it's still worth making a note of it so viewers are aware that they can't get both boosts at the same time in a solo vanilla game.
the golden egg cant be in the collections bc you need perfection to get it but you need to ship everything as part of perfection
Pick up the crystilariums when changing the gem in them!!! When you put the diamonds in over the quartz you erased the quartz in the machine, but if you break it first you'll get it back!! It adds up when you have a full chest.
I mentioned it in the past, but get a wicked statue in your slime hutch! The witch will turn all your hard earned tiger slimes into black slimes. Also tea saplings sell for 500g each. They're a lifesaver.
One thing I always suggest is to put your solar panels in the desert instead; it never rains there so you're guaranteed the battery packs regularly. I also have the area left of my island farm mapped out so I'm getting fairy rose honey out of as many hives as possible.
You know you’re a long-term player of the game when you still have Deluxe Barns for your kegs/similar, because they used to be the most space-efficient building, lol. Thanks for the video!
You get 3 gold quality mayo if you put a golden egg in the mayo machine (regardless of the quality of the egg). So with the artisian trait you get slightly more money from the mayo than the golden eggs
I think aged blobfish roe is even more money than caviar, but more difficult to get blobfish obviously. I look forward to your updates.
Green House..right side second column.. row three from bottom.. missing an acient fruit plant.. you might also want to use retaining soil in the garden pots before you plant..
another quick way.. (slightly time consuming and granted quartz doesnt sell for much) is to knock your crystalium off so you can get the gem they are duplicating back before replacing it with a new gem.
and in a way we do have an upgraded green house.. ginger island..
also you could always harvest your passive different things. statues.. different fruit and tapped trees.. fruit (bat) cave...

3:50 That missing plot of ancient fruit triggered my OCD!!! lol BTW I found that aged lava eal roe is better than caviar as it takes less time to age in the preserve jar.
One way I like to make money in Stardew is using my ginger Island farm for farming Gem berries.

Iridium ancient fruit sells for as much as wine, you’ll need Deluxe Fertilizer for that though.

Currently playing a four corners farm (Winter year 1), and an entire corner is pretty much dedicated to crystalariums. First shed in the industrial sector is like 1/3 full bc farming gold for them is a hassle, so I might need to change plans lol

You can't put starfruit in garden pots? Really? I usually put pineapples, but I thought I remembered putting starfruit in the past. Hmmmm... I may have to check that out.
I think it works, but sweet gem berries also work (personal experience). Ancient fruit has "deep roots" and can't fit in pots, or so the game says, lol.

You can but starfruit in garden pots you also have or the wrong way round starfruit is better for kegs over ancient fruit starfruit wine with artisan is worth over 3000g of you have both crops but Starfruit in gets 1st then the ancient fruit

In my latest game, I made the mistake of putting garden pots (for tea bushes) on a row of dirt in the greenhouse because I didn't have iridium sprinklers yet, and now I can't pickax them! I haven't tried bombs, but I also don't want to have to replant the surrounding crops. 😢
I thought you could move garden pots like moving furniture?
@@eri6219 Yes, you usually can move pots (it loses the plant when moved, unless you have a mod), which is why I put them in the greenhouse - but I put them on a row of dirt in the greenhouse, and I think the coding of those particular tiles is why I can't move them. My tea bushes in them are still producing leaves the last week of every month. I just can't replace them now. I'm playing on Xbox.
@@gamewrit0058 I've never tried putting them on the dirt tiles and now I am afraid to try it out lol but if nothing works I guess eventually you are gonna have to bomb them... you can try to count the number of tiles and place the cherry bombs as far as you can from the pots. The cherry bombs have a radius of 3 so you might be able to not harm the other plants?

starfruit works on garden pots
So much misinformation in this video. Processing Golden Eggs with the Artisan profession will always be better than selling the eggs outright. Solar Panels aren't good outside the Desert (and honestly, putting Solar Panels on *tillable soil*? Smh). Beer/Pale Ale are useless, Truffle OIl is only slightly better than Iridium quality Truffles, Starfruit Jelly is worse than Starfruit Wine, Slime Hutch is useless, Roe is useless. This video should be viewed as a "look at my cool farm" video rather than a "get super rich in the endgame" video. A quick guide for for making RIDICULOUS money is: If you're comfortable changing professions a lot, do Starfruit with Hyper Speed Gro and Agriculturist, turn it into wine, then change to Artisan before selling the wine. If you'd prefer less work for less profit, Ancient Fruit regrow so you don't have to replant. Supplement with Fairy Roses, which allows for the awkward tillable tiles on Ginger Island to each turn into multiple Fairy Rose Honey. Don't age wine, just sell it with the Artisan profession.

Don’t you have like four “series” that haven’t had an update in a while?
This isn’t a new series! Just a personal challenge that I will show the odd update on my progress. I have 2 Stardew valley unfinished series that I do want to continue, but are both fully modded. And I have many issues and just can’t keep up with the updates to the point where it makes it so hard to dive in and record episodes. It’s tiring haha I chose to end the beach farm playthrough as I wasn’t really feeling that map. The series with my girlfriend may return but we’ve just had a newborn baby.. and that’s about it? I fully finished the Joja series and my 100% completion at least 😂

slime house is a waste of time, the money is trash. also, its 2022 you can stop moving your mouse over the kegs/jars to fill them up
Slime hutch is actually really good cause their are crafables that you can create that uses slime
