- North Carolina Baseball and Tennessee Baseball played in the winners bracket in the 2024 College World Series. The winner would advance to the bracket final (essentially the final four), needing just 1 win in a potential 2 games to advance to the College World Series Finals.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

man i really appreciate how much effort you put into editing the longer at-bats. showing every pitch without it being too choppy, it’s just high-quality editing.

Beam's pitch to strike out the guy to end the fifth inning was FILTHY.
For anyone who saying it was a strike, maybe it was maybe it wasn’t, kudos to TN for making it a scenario where they could come back down 4-9 and then down 7-11 bottom of the 8th. Worst kinda choke for fsu giving up 4 hits in a row bottom of the 9th with 2 outs. TN won that game for themselves and fsu had a plethora of chances to finish it.
FSU did not finish and that is on them, but without a doubt it was a strike and TN got a huge break. There's no debate about it - replay clearly showed the bat was well past his forward hip and the home plate. That 3rd base ump didn't want to be the one to end the game.

Yo, I’m a TN fan. They missed the call against Florida state. But they were also down 3 runs in the 9th and won. Let’s not break the entire game on a call that is missed just as much as it’s made. I think it’s time to move on from all that. Good luck the rest of the way.
