don't underestimate the leech, i made that axe using that lvl one base(increased the ilvl with recombs) and the base dmg was so low that the leech was non existent
took me 7 veiled to hit the spell dmg 💀

no, since his character died on that t17 trash, he had to level and gear up another one just like that so quickly that the instance stayed intact to kill the boss

They changed how it works like a week(? Whenever that patch was) ago, now sending big shipments is actually worth it way more than small shipments of like 5k at a time
