For real, I love both the delivery of Gojo (since he actually sounds like an edgy teenager, which he was in this scene) and Shoko’s VAs (since she actually sounds goofy and childish as intended, instead of being weirdly serious or sounding like she’s in her late 20s).

As a german, the jjk season 2 dub has been one of the best german dubs anytime. They can easily compete with the other dubs and beat many. (Compared to other german dubs it is way better by a large scale) They got the way the character talk on point, gojos va is one of the best va's in germany imo. And they changed the dialogue a lot to fit the mostly goofy tone of season 2 start. Like against toji he says a slang abt being alr and when toji mentions the reverse cursed technique he says smth like "bingo bro"(rough translation) I just recommend watching some scenes in german cuz its good and funny as heck. Most of the anime community likes to trash on german dubs because of the naruto dub that was obviously shit. But jjk is a true hidden gem :)

But the traduction is abysmal. The French dub ALWAYS changes the meaning of each sentence so it won’t be off with the lip sync, in every shows, in every cartoon, so while the spirit is always here the content is often lacking.
