    Nurse here! When I was on placement as a student nurse, I worked with a children's dermatologist and I was having an eczema flare up at the time, he told me to use Eumovate and I've never looked back now! I'm allergic to E45 cream so I've always struggled with what to use but eumovate works miracles!!! The body shop hemp hand cream is great for super dry/splitting skin, I used it for my hands when they're sore from all of the handwashing! x

    Elemis has a great SOS eczema cream if you wanna get spenny, but generally I’d say have baths with oilatum are a good start for maintenance and if there’s a particularly bad patch you could get a prescription for some steroid cream to blast it away x

    I'm glad you're figuring things out!
    for the eczema, i've had it my entire life and have tried A LOT of cream and the thing that works best for me is vitamin e cream. I stand by it, it helps me almost instantly and now i can't live without it

    Pure sorbolene is the cheapest and best. I was once on a course of meds that caused extreme dry skin side effect. Just apply the cream some while before going to bed. Actually if your skin won’t absorb go get something specialist from the doctor. I ended up at my worst having to use something called dermaveen I was so dry beauty type creams were useless or too greasy

    So pleased the rejig has worked.
    My eczema is caused by stress and citrous so also look at diet. I use a cream by Eternal Skincare

    These vlogs are so interesting. It’s amazing what you have to go through as a small business owner.
    I have eczema and personally don’t get along with E45. Mine flares in extreme heat and stress. The stress you’ve had at the moment may be making yours flare up. The Body Shop hemp hand protector is an amazing hand cream but I haven’t tried any of the body stuff. The best thing I’ve ever tried for eczema that really flares up on my face and body is Hydromol. My GP prescribed it and it’s really soothing. But it is a very greasy butter like substance that’s only for when my skin feels like it’s on fire. I also use Dermol 500 lotion as a soap substitute, again, prescribed by the doctor.

      The cold weather and stress could be making your skin reactive. Hope you get it sorted soon. ❤

      Thank you so much for the tips!! Good point, the cold weather could be playing a part too 😩

    8 months later, let me swoop in and solve your problems 😂
    I use Dermol 500 cream I think [there’s a cream and lotion]. It’s also antibacterial. They have lotions, creams, body washes etc but I just changed my soap, I now use whipped soap so it minimises the sulphates and I regularly use Dermol and it’s worked amazing for my dermatitis. Haven’t had any dry patches on my arms, face or legs since using that combo 👍🏽

      Oooooh thank you for this!! I will defo give their soap a try when I run out of mine. I realised my fabric conditioner was causing me issues - I don't get on with Comfort apparently. Switched back to Fairy and I've been much better.

    I suffer badly with Eczema and I use child’s farm moisturiser and it’s the best I’ve found! But stress can cause flare ups so if you’ve been stressing over the graphtec then that could be a reason why 🙂

      Oooh thank you! It actually started around Christmas and I thought it was because we changed fabric softener, but I changed back and it's still here :/ Probably a bit of both

    Hi Anna, this Graphtec definitely seems to be better than the last one!
    Regarding the dry skin, if you try L'Occitaine pure shea butter. It comes in a tin. Melt the surface with a hairdryer so it turns to an oil then massage it onto your skin. It should sink in quickly and then no greasy creams to go onto your hair.

      @Plannerface  Год назад +1

      Thanks Marion, it definitely is!
      Thank you for the recommendation! That sounds really good :)

    Hey Anna, Good to see your auto-fed Graphtec. Can you have multiple graphics/shapes for each sheet and not all identical sheets?

    • @Plannerface
      @Plannerface  Год назад +1

      Thanks! You can do that, but the auto feeding one works particularly well for identical sheets, since I can set it and leave it to run for a longer time. I think it would be overkill for unique jobs, the normal Graphtecs are probably better suited :)

    Will the weekend banner be on the new deco sheet? I don’t personally use them but I save all mine to give to my 8 year old because he now has a planner and I’m expected to supply him a kit for each week 🫣

    • @Plannerface
      @Plannerface  Год назад +1

      yes it is!! I should have shown it in the video but I hadn't got any cut! The deco sheet is: weekend banner, the tiny box checklists, doodles + kit clipart :)
