Thank you so!!! Much! My husband and I got one of these in a garage sale the week before my dad passed away. Needless to say I’ve taken a year to actually work on it. I’ve got all my parts taken apart just to get the primer bulb out. I don’t have my dad around to help me (he called me his grease monkey) so I had to resort to RUclips. You really have helped. Thank you again and God bless!

Does that type of mini tiller need gear oil or lube for the gearbox? I just snagged one for 20bucks at garage sale, like to know before I go full send in the dirt. Looked through the manual online but never saw anything about gearbox besides replacement

I've got mine running by cleaning the carb. and replacing fuel lines. Would like info. on how to actually get the fuel line with the fuel filter to actually 'poke' through so the fuel line is actually secured as it was when new. I just can't get it pulled through with the barbed connection.

I messed with the carb settings on mine today. How many turns should I do on each screw initially to start out with. I replaced the primer bulb and fuel lines today but it still needs more work to run right. I may need to remove the carburetor and do a thorough cleaning like your video.

Hey stoolie I would have to see the carb and hear it to see what you have to do in person to help you get it back where it belongs. Perhaps you can take it to a local shop and they can help you.

Isn't using the air compressor bad cause you can shoot all that fine metal and little shit into the carb itself and scratch it up more etc? So it won't run properly

    • @GarageGear

Good question but this has never been an issue for me. I spray the carb out thoroughly then used the compressed air to dry it all out. Never had a problem doing this. Thanks for watching Aly!

Every machine gets a fair shot in the garage! Couldn’t solve the engine block wiggle.
