Made Chicken Sisig with Samyang Hot Chicken Sauce Extreme Flavor | Erich Gonzales

  • I love spicy food. Just recently, I discovered a special spicy table sauce from Samyang. So today, I decided to cook Chicken Sisig with Samyang Buldak Sauce (Hot Chicken Sauce) And it’s so good! :)
    Chicken Sisig with Samyang Buldak Sauce (Hot Chicken Sauce)
    Ingredients:
    ½ kilo chicken breast (seasoned with salt and calamansi for 5 mins)
    2 pcs red onion (minced)
    3 tbsp ginger (minced)
    1 pc red chili labuyo (chopped)
    1 pc green chili (ring)
    ½ tsp ground black pepper
    ½ tsp white sugar
    1 tbsp liquid seasoning
    ½ tbsp calamansi juice
    ¼ cup cooking oil
    ½ cup crushed pork chicharon
    1/3 cup Samyang Hot Chicken Sauce Extreme Flavor
    Instructions:
    1. Set the cooking pan in medium or high heat, pour cooking oil and fry chicken until it's golden brown and crispy.
    2. After frying, drain the chicken using the strainer to remove excess oil, set aside.
    3. Put the minced onion and ginger in a bowl.
    4. Add ground black pepper, liquid seasoning, white sugar, calamansi juice, 1/3 cup of Samyang Hot Chicken Sauce Extreme Flavor. Mix. (Optional you can either mix it in this mixture or just put the spicy sauce later when served)
    5. Add the fried meat and crushed chicharon. Mix well.
    6. Serve and Enjoy!
    Sisig Burger:
    Prepare bread buns with mayonnaise and put the sisig.
