Damn Steve, I've always casually enjoyed your videos for years (we're getting old, aren't we?!), but I've gained a newfound respect for you after this one. Kudos to you for working with this kid and putting him in the spotlight on your channel. That's humble, and I dig it. The kid's got chops. Would love to see him exceed greater than AGT. And you...with your...videos...and...faces... Keep it up, man!
Omg a 12 year old just called you a Djent Boomer. Amazing. But ooooook he’s crazy talented 😳 I couldn’t do anything when I was 12 and this kid just consistently flipped drumsticks into the air while he was playing and didn’t drop any of them!
Haha! This is 100%! I couldn't really do anything at that age either.. I might've eaten a drumstick. But never played the drums, and spun them all professional-like! Haha! Also, would you like a picklesicle? 🥒
I love seeing the next generation so interested in music and I'm sure knowing that you're helping to inspire that means a lot. Loved the collab at the end! You are both amazing. 🙂

SteveTerreberry but honestly though, Steve i'm 13 and you are a huge inspiration to me. You made me first pick up guitar when i was 8. that was when i realized unitary was wayyy cooler than piano!!! thx to u i have djent!!!
@@SteveTerreberry this is an awesome collab. If you want more mind blowing stuff look up the warning, 3 sisters from Mexico, they play rock. They started classical piano at 5, now they're all multitalented and they kick ass. They opened for the def leppard, the killers, stryper, they're independent they declined offers from huge labels because they wanted them to play pop. They're a true revolution, amazing song writers but better human beings, try to get a collaboration with them, they will rock the world one day. They're 20, 18 and 15 but the drummer played dream theater, rush, metallica, foo fighters etc since she was 12. They look like super models too lol (:
I love how in the end of the video, he put the kid's profile on top of his like when the kid did that in the beginning of the video. Literally the most wholesome video on the internet.

Not sure if you got the sarcasm or not. But just in case you didn't that's him taking a dig at the various music labels on RUclips who abuse creators by giving fake copyright claims
I'm simply speechless... So much talent, skill... He is only 12 and the skills he got... He is the next Mike P.🤟 I saw the kid before but you did the right thing showing us what he is really up to. My dad is a drummer with studies, my brother as well, i know what this is all about. Outstanding!

Stevie, this collab is one of the most wholesome things I have seen in my life. So happy for Jacob, he rocks! Thank you for everything you do, love you.
I have to say it from this point of view from a musician that's been playing for over 40 years, I was very amazed and came to the point of saying, finally - music worth appreciating ,thank you. I have one question, how come you two don't join up?? Your amazing together!! It's been a long time since music brought tears to my eyes..BRAVO!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✌..

Absolutely Brilliant!! I'm already on my 3rd watch/listen. Jacob is amazing - it was fun to watch him playing to your song (one of my favorites) with his awesome style and stick spins. OMG when you Calalalalalalalala at him I lost it. Hahahahahaha. What a wonderful idea for a video. Dad and I loved it. Now get in your Camaro and drive North for 4.5 hours. We miss you.
Thanks Mama T!! I wouldn't say it took me 12 hours for 7 days. But definitely 5 days. Haha! This video was WAYYY more work than I thought it would be!! Haha! But SOOOO worth it!! I'm lucky Jacob was so easy to work with. He got his parts done SUPER quick!!
Also, I didn't like being on the big stage because Simon creeped me out. ☹
I'll see you up north Ma!!!! 😃
Soooo family reunion over comments??? LOL 😂
@@SteveTerreberry someone is gonna have to start a petition for steve to go see his mama!!! I'm on your side mama t!!!
I always imagined Steve living in his mothers basement like Chaz in Wedding Crashers
@@martina2659 I know right?! He's a total loser.
7:05 is the best part to read Jacob's comment, don't read it before so it feels more emotional.
How do you even come up with the right words for how incredible that kid is and how cool Stevie is for doing this video with him. That will stick with him for life. IMO This is a great example of the very best You Tube can provide to people.
Steve T gives me faith in humanity :D Glad you're here.
As a drummer I have to say I LOVE the sound of this Jacob’s kick drum and the mix on the rest of the mics on the drum kit isn’t bad!
Man the interaction between Simon and Stevie T had me falling out of my chair....... So Funny!
Awww, Stevie even put the kid's subscribe button above his own at the end of the video, that's adorable.
SteveTerreberry PICKLESICLES. For life.
SteveTerreberry can I please get the name of you outro song?
This was posted an hour ago
the moment when I'm a boomer but can not djent FeelsBadMan
Thank you for making me smile man , going thru depression and every single one always makes my day slightly better
This made my heart melt, so cool for Jacob to introduce Stevie
I love seeing the next generation so interested in music and I'm sure knowing that you're helping to inspire that means a lot. Loved the collab at the end! You are both amazing. 🙂
Thanks Sarah! Yeah, kids like Jacob could seriously save music!! That's why I appreciate what AGT is doing. By including people like Jacob and Bonavega. Keep ROCK ALIVE!!! 🤘😜
SteveTerreberry and me cuz i'm cool... lol
Thank God there still actual musicians out there! You guys rock!
I love how in the end of the video, he put the kid's profile on top of his like when the kid did that in the beginning of the video. Literally the most wholesome video on the internet.
Steve sister:"there are way older people than him who can't even play more than 1 instrument".
Me-only play guitar a noob & waaay older than 12y:silently crying in the corner
andri riki that’s Steve’s girlfriend

I live in Georgia and you have to specify your sister isn’t your girlfriend.
This was one of the best vids you made. Yu got to let that little dude live out a dream bro! This makes my heart feel happy! Good shit steve!! 🤘🤘
what steve did was helping this young musician take a spotlight... it's heartwarming, keep it up, Steve...
The duet with Jacob and Steve T at the end was great 😁👍
I like how it seems he’s so touched that someone covered his song THEN HE JUST COPYRIGHT CLAIMS IT. GREAT!!!
Watch til the end
Not sure if you got the sarcasm or not. But just in case you didn't that's him taking a dig at the various music labels on RUclips who abuse creators by giving fake copyright claims
"Just hearing a young musician playing my song.........IM GUNNA COPYRIGHT CLAIM IT" Man I was DEAD 😆😆 🤣 😂
I love seeing kids kick ass in music. It's sad to say it's a rare thing these days. Hell yeah Jacob ! Rock on kid.
I'm simply speechless... So much talent, skill... He is only 12 and the skills he got... He is the next Mike P.🤟
I saw the kid before but you did the right thing showing us what he is really up to.
My dad is a drummer with studies, my brother as well, i know what this is all about.
Outstanding!
Hello Steve! Your collaboration with Jacob is sick!!! I'm a musician too, from The Philippines, i'm suffering depression now, coz i've lost my job due to this pandemic, but thanks to you and your inspiring videos, i'm able to cope up with depression, whenever i feel down, i just drop by at your youtube channel and watch your sick shredding and hillarious antics! 😂 thank you! And please, do more videos! Lots of love here in the Philippines Steve!!!
Bro, wishing you well in this pandemic. keep the passion burning okay?
(from a music lover who is cursed at instruments that's why i learned how to sing)
Ingat ka jan lagi ah
Scionic J, thank you very much brother, yes! I will fight till this whole ordeal is over!
Zachary Bancroft, maraming salamat!!! Ikaw take care din!😁

This is my favorite video of yours ever, Stevie. That Jacob kid... wow!
As always I’m impressed by Stevie”s skill and composition creativity. Jacob is a prodigy! Together you’re heavy.
Stevie t's videos are the only youtube videos ill watch more then once
This is the first time I've actually watched Stevie T genuinely enjoy himself while doing a cover.
Steve you're a great guy dude and Im not talking that only because of your guitar skills, its hard to find good souls nowadays, keep up with your great work, you're inspiring more people than you know.
That’s was the coolest collabe ever, I wish I could hear that on the radio
saaaaaame
I looked at the kids videos and I was so impressed. Like what can't this kid play? the kid is so talented, I wish I started young like him, I've only been playing a few years and both of you have inspired me. So thank you.
this is high key the most wholesome thing I've seen in a while
This is seriously the best channel on RUclips - hands down. My life would be nothing without Stevie T. Nothing, I tell you. NOTHING! *shakes fist in air*
Yes
Stevie, this collab is one of the most wholesome things I have seen in my life. So happy for Jacob, he rocks! Thank you for everything you do, love you.
I have to say it from this point of view from a musician that's been playing for over 40 years, I was very amazed and came to the point of saying, finally - music worth appreciating ,thank you. I have one question, how come you two don't join up?? Your amazing together!! It's been a long time since music brought tears to my eyes..BRAVO!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✌..
Really cool and fresh! Had a lot of fun with this one, thanks! Great solo! And even hot sister was back! 😄 Ce-le-bra-tion, all in all!
Thanks Vera!! I LOVE doing videos like this! Really unconventional, and no rules!! Haha
Hey stevie
@KawaiiChan199 join Stevie T's members, you'll get his videos earlier.
@@SteveTerreberry Really cool one. Editing is awesome. Cheers
@KawaiiChan199 good question
Everyone: this video is so inspiring
My monkey brain: why are peoples comments older than the video???
😂😂
Very strange
Racist
IKR
The video drops faster some places, I think. In Australia, there is always already a tonne of activity even when you've got the bell and you go to the video immediately when it rings.
That was one of the best solos I’ve heard you play. That kid also has some serious talent !
This just needs vocals and it’s literally the best song ever
7:13 Simon Cowell smiling back at Stevie 😂😂
Let's be honest, that's exactly the kind of content we're all here for
Absolutely Brilliant!! I'm already on my 3rd watch/listen. Jacob is amazing - it was fun to watch him playing to your song (one of my favorites) with his awesome style and stick spins. His piano skills are incredible as well and your guitar work added an excellent touch. Thank you for putting so much work into your videos. I can't get enough of this, and that collab at the end was over the top! Loved this so much - I'll be in and out of here all day. I'll be sending a link to my sister later on for sure - she subscribed and bought up a lot of your music! She's as big of a fan as I am...well almost!😁🥰
Thanks Andrea!! I'll leave the video up for you then!! Haha! 😃 Glad you like it! I definitely knew it was gonna be a good'n!!
I remember you talking about getting your sister on the Stevie Train! Haha! Sounds like you SUCCESSED!!! 👍😃
That was a twelve yr old monster!!! He was an absolute beast
Herman Li: Hey Steve, There's war going on with The Bass Army.
Stevie T: Sorry, Herman. I'm busy with my own battle.
Wow! Absolutely awesome collab at the end. That's so awesome of you to include this kid in your video and help him show off his musical skills to the world. 😊 I definitely love your guitar playing in this one too Steve!! 😍 I keep watching and listening to it over and over.
Thanks Emily!! I love showcasing the next generation of shred!! Without them, we'd be the last ROCK generation!! Ukulele is more popular than guitar... That just depresses me 😔
When Stevie switches from a 6 string majesty to a 7 string majesty, shit just got real
