Cool stuff, I think an alternative title could have been "The Downfall of the Port Charlotte Town Center" or " How the Port Charlotte Town Center Went Bankrupt".

I was actually planning on making that my video title, but I was thinking that maybe it wouldn’t fit the whole concept of the video.
