i do hope the future content will also be shown on youtube as i dont use instagram no worries if not i understand you can only do what you can and i'm grateful for that .iv started building a lot of my own watches and now even into movement finishing iv completely rebuilt a st36 with black polished parts and split main bridge and iv never been to watchmaking school so anyone out there who has wanted to try these things i say go for it the worst that can happen is you trash parts and learn something for next time it didn't take me all that long to figure out but i have jewelry making background and also knife making so i kinda had a jump but still go for it thanks to all the crew you do awesome content
Great job on the ST36 rebuild, that's some impressive stuff! As far our content goes, have no worries, we'll be on RUclips for the indefinite future! Maybe we'll even look into making some more watchmaking videos, but until then expect to see more of Mike's watchmaking know-how in future episodes of The Classroom!
Exactly right, but a movement and take it apart again and again, it’s the quickest way to learn what happens and is happening inside the wrist engine that we all love.

My 116719BLRO Rolex was gaining 20 seconds a day and they corrected it by fitting a weaker mainspring as they said the movement had a 'high action' why would it not keep accurate time with the standard mainspring?
Michael Michaels 300 is the circular motion of the balance wheel? 270 degrees is 3/4 turn. I assume a weaker mainspring from your description of how it causes the balance to spin and regulate time stops it spinning >300 degrees; but I don't know why it would do that with the supplied mainspring. Maybe I move my arms more than normal. Thanks for the reply. It gives you a glimpse into the workings of wristwatches.
Petition: BRING BACK THE CHAIR! Have the trolls eaten the chair? I always heard you were not to feed em... Seriously. If it doesnt appear anymore, schnief, just tell me the designer / company that makes/made them. So much to my horological questions for this episode...
