I was prescribed mouth wash during my teeth treatment so I used it regularly for more than an year. And then I developed high BP. I did not know the link between the two. However, a pharmacist that I follow on FB once told that regularly using mouth wash depletes the nitric oxide of mouth which is very important for regulating blood pressure. My dentist never told me this. Now I have started oil pulling with sesame oil. However my blood pressure is still troubling me 😢😢😢

Hi Fit tuber, I am suffering from eye alergy for 10 yeras.I am a student, All Doctor said that it can be only cure after crossing a certain age. They suggest to use eye drops that can temporary fix the problem but not permanently. Can you make a video on this types of allergy for eyes, please.
