This session was so wonderful - thank you for having it! . I hope you will keep the book club going. So many great takeaways!
After missing the live book club event, I recently viewed the replay and finished the book. The discussion was so very interesting and informative-really enjoyed it. The book is a treasure. I've reread sections of it many times and will undoubtedly use it as a reference for years to come. My cello journey began nearly a year ago at 70 and I am loving it.
Hello I hate I missed the meeting. I am reading it now and absolutely love it. I played as a student through elementary, high school and college. Thanks to u I am successful progressing.
So thrilled to see this book is getting around. I had the greatest pleasure of meeting Vivienne Mackie around the time you had this session as it happens. She has very sadly passed away since, and I’m looking forward to sharing my interview with her in due course as part of a project with the European String Teachers’ Association. Please let me know if you’d like a link when it’s ready.
What a wonderful Book Club session ❤ The book is not available in my country and the Book Depository unfortunately closed business, so I am still hoping to get a copy some way or another 😅 meanwhile I was able to grab a few gems ‘vicariously’ from the participants, and of course, from Billy who is a wonderful host ❤️🔥✨Thank you all for your great input 🫶🎶🙏🏻
Video replay lagged at 19:24 and again at 25:55. It’s only been uploaded three hours ago, so I’ll check back later.
