Tired of hearing people saying OKC shouldn't have let him go. It was the right thing at the time and how it should've gone. They had three MVP caliber players in their roster, on paper that means championship, but when you put it to practice it wouldn't have worked. The three players wouldn't have become what they're now, they would step on each other's foot. Just imagine the three of them fighting for the ball.
The thunder got rid of Harden too early. Harden, KD, & Russ were just starting to peak together and the thunder traded him. Had they kept him, the thunder would no doubt be the best team today easily. Having 3 players who can drop 40 on any given night, 3 players who are unguardable, 3 players who were just getting started together. Yeah they lost in the finals but it was against a Team that are much more experience and already maximized their potential. The thunder were still young and only getting started.
Now.. The season is over. JAMES HARDEN got back to the old Harden way. Stop looking to draw fouls and finish cause you are very very capable. We dont see any of the reverse lay ins or spins in the paint anymore. With the shot you developed and skills you have you truely can be unguadabl.e
