Berlin Zoo and Tierpark Berlin are on my zoo visit list. I originally planned a trip to paris this month to visit Paris Zoo and Jardin de Plantes but sadly I didn't go due to no rooms being available so I am planning it for early February instead now.
Hello! The empire of cats video was up,landed on my birthday!
What amazing zoos! I’d love to see the striped hyenas
I went to zoo Berlin in August and now I kinda want to go to Tier Park Berlin
If you wait for Spring 2023, you can see some new exhibits like Savannah and giraffe trail. Unfortunately, the elephant building won't be complete before 2025.
There is tiger cubs at Chester zoo😅
I’m going to twycross zoo tomorrow and so u have any tips to see the tigers bc I can never find them
I'd recommend you keep going back throughout the day and checking their enclosure
Hi, Tarek and Sarai are malayan tigers not indochinese.
Hey, the signage at their enclosure said they were Indo Chinese?
@@GeorgeCuevasYT Tarek and Sarai are from the same bloodline from Zoo Halle. All Malayan tigers are from there except Cicip from Hamerton and Kawi from Planete Sauvage. There are no Indo Chinese tigers in Europe.
@@markoesegovic4431 Ok interesting, wonder why the sign says Indo Chinese then?
@@GeorgeCuevasYT I can confirm, Tarek and Sarai are Malayan tigers. Tierpark Berlin never updated the signage after the discovery of Panthera tigris jacksoni as a new tiger subspecies/population in 2004.
Tarek and Sarai's offspring are all housed in French and Eastern European zoos.
Also, like Marko said, there are no Indochinese tigers in European zoos. Only Amur, Malayan, and Sumatran tigers. Bengal or mixed subspecies tigers are also present in minor zoos which do not participate in the selective breeding programmes.
